Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint Andrews Beach

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Simon was communicative. His place was very good. He added some great touches in a handwritten card of welcome AND a bottle of wine. For me it was the thought that was really appreciated. The appartment is very close to the beach, has secure, off-street undercover parking, is clean, spacious and well equipped, including having a balcony, albeit with seats but no table! His place is recommended for a weekend away as it was for us, AND for a longer stay. I would certainly consider it again. Thank you Simon and all the best!

Great spot for a weekend escape! George & Martha were wonderful hosts, always proactive with communication and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The place is cozy and comfortable. One thing to note is that the WiFi speed is a bit on the slower side, so if you need fast internet, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, highly recommended!

And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

This place was a fantastic find—beautiful, spotless, and a pleasure to stay in. After a long bike ride, it felt truly luxurious to settle in and unwind. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Watching the sunrise from the balcony over the water was a real highlight. From the first message Jenny was easy to communicate with. Her property was stunning and so spacious and well stocked. If you like cooking you will find everything you need here by way of utensils and appliances. The property was spotless and all instructions were very clear. We loved our stay at the Glasshouse! The house was immaculately presented and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The handwritten “Thank you” card was a very thoughtful touch! We loved the large well equipped kitchen and the open plan design with very comfortable living area. The house had a great decking area and our kids loved the table tennis table. The location was very peaceful and only minutes walk to the National Park with a beautiful walk to the beach at sunset. And only a few minutes drive to the local shops. The pictures here on Airbnb do not do this home justice - it's even more beautiful than the pictures could reflect. The view from the floor-to-vaulted ceiling windows was spectacular and we even stayed during the miserably cold and stormy winter holiday weekend. It was wonderful to watch the storm over the bay and the rain beside a cozy fire inside. I wish we could have taken advantage of the expansive deck and patio furniture. The inside is modern and luxe. Given the luxurious views and design, it is understandably a quite expensive stay. Kurt was also very responsive and helpful during our stay.

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

The place was comfortable and cosy, easy to find and conveniently located. Karen was friendly and responsive, overall it is a lovely condo for anyone looking to stay in Mt Eliza for a few days.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
