A great stay at Philippe's! The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped . Philippe is a responsive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is quiet while being close to amenities. I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful modern house, very quiet place, and close to Sainte Marguerite beach. Beautiful pool, the services are completely in line with what is advertised. Truly a great stay.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation.

Frank and Céline respond very quickly to messages. The little house is like new, very well maintained, clean, well equipped. We enjoyed the small enclosed garden, with its terrace, table and 4 chairs and the electric awning. The decoration of the house is very tasteful and beautiful materials (like new). The large swimming pool of the residence is just in front of the entrance door. We couldn't enjoy it (opening on 15/06), but the water was already 15°C. We would recommend this airbnb unreservedly. Maybe another day.

What a wonderful place and what a lovely people! Jeannine and her husband made us feel welcome right away. We had a fantastic time. The environment, the tranquility, the swimming pool, the nice clean cottage , including delicious bed and fantastic shower made everything a a particularly beautiful experience that is certainly worth repeating!

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

We had a wonderful few days. The house was like in the photo, the view, with a remarkable location. It was a favourite, and it was sad to leave this magical place. David is a nice person. We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Nice little house, excellent bedding, secure gate ideal with young children, welcoming hosts, cozy decoration in keeping with the maritime environment in a beautiful pine forest. Walk along the sea less than 100 m away, beach 1 km away by car with parking, kite paradise.

We had a great weekend at the rental. The description and photos match the listing in every way. Absolute calm, excellent kitchen, everything is excellent. The flexible check-in is very much appreciated and we thank Yann who welcomed us. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! We spent a night at Nathalie and Damien's place. It was very quiet and Nathalie was very welcoming and flexible with arrival and departure times. The loan of the two bikes was a real plus for getting around the area. In addition, we had access to a very beautiful garden with a private terrace.

Great accommodation with the garden, perfect for the dog🐕. And the location is just great.

Nothing to report, everything was fine. Being 6 adults, this spacious accommodation allowed us to move around quietly and have a great stay!

Charming little house with private garden ideally located a few steps from the centre and the train station. The small lockable outbuilding was ideal for storing our bikes (even if the hosts leave one available). Great deckchairs and barbecue to fully enjoy the garden and eat on the terrace. Super clean and well-equipped interior. We highly recommend the place to visit the area. Friendly and accommodating hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Very pleasant stay at the cottage Marie, we felt very good there in this scorching week! Claire is a very friendly and available host. The cottage is perfectly equipped for a family with young children. Our only regret is that we didn't have access to a garden per se. Rather, it is a courtyard on which a car can also be parked. To have access to the garden (very nice!), you will have to rent the neighboring accommodation, the Chaumière Anouk.

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! Aurélie and Jean-Luc are adorable hosts, attentive and always good advice. A big thank you to you, and I look forward to coming back, we recommend
