The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

"The Black Horses in Brière" Our 70 m2 cottage in an old renovated farmhouse is a stone's throw from the port of Chaussée Neuve. In the heart of the Guérande peninsula you will have a quiet stay. The cottage for 4 people maximum, is on one level, and adjoining our house. Our horses graze around the house, cohabitation with dogs is not possible. Natives of Saint-André-des-Eaux, we will be happy to help you discover the gems of our beautiful region.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Named the "nice house" in tribute to its previous tenant, this old farmhouse has been completely renovated and updated. It has an enclosed garden with terrace and 3 parking spaces. It can accommodate 6 people, has 3 bedrooms (one on the ground floor) all with shower room and private toilet. On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen open onto the garden.

Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation for two with Spa and Sauna, two-seater shower, queen size bed and pellet stove. Your bed will be prepared for your arrival, towels are provided, remember to plan your meal/breakfast, an equipped kitchen on site is available. The Spa and Sauna will be accessible for the duration of your stay. Access can be from 5 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. at the latest.
