Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. In the heart of the Pays de Seignanx in the South of the Landes, at the gates of the Basque Country and 2 wing flaps from Bayonne, Biarritz and the beaches of the Atlantic (Capbreton, Hossegor, Ondres) , we invite you to relax in a typical cottage of the region, classified 4* by the FNAIM Landes. After a day of visiting the beautiful Basque villages or sports (cycling, golf, horseback riding) or relaxing on the beach, you will enjoy an evening around a barbecue on your terrace.

Charming little house close to the beach

WITHOUT ANY SCREWS . Close to the Landes beaches, this quiet and elegant accommodation will welcome you during your holidays. Located 15 minutes from Capbreton and close to the highway, this apartment is for you! It consists of one bedroom with a double bed with the possibility of sleeping two other people on the sofa bed in the living room. An outdoor space with wooden deck, barbecue and a small artificial grass area will be perfect for your relaxing moments.

Independent 50 m² loft, fully equipped and refurbished, in an oriental style, with a sleeping area with a king-size canopy bed, a bathroom with large shower cabin and separate toilet. The main living/dining room overlooks your covered terrace and then directly onto the pool. View of the large oaks surrounding the property and the surrounding hills. Not overlooked, at night you will fall asleep to the sound of owls and a starry sky without visual pollution.

We present this cocoon converted in March 2025 in a rural setting, on the ground floor of our pretty wooden house. We thought of this place to enjoy stays for 2 in our beautiful region. In the Landes, at the gates of the Basque Country, you will be in less than 20 minutes: Bayonne, Hossegor or Capbreton. You will be 5 minutes from the Marais d 'Orx, a haven of peace and ideal place for nature lovers. This apartment has all the amenities you might need.

T2 INDEPENDENT WITH GARDEN near forest and beaches

10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

Apartment in the countryside

You will be seduced by this 65 m² apartment in our country house, totally independent and not overlooked, located in Saint André de Seignanx, a place called "la Pipette". The comfort, calm and its ideal location 15 km from the Landes beaches, 15 minutes from the Basque Country, and 45 minutes from Spain are major assets. Guests will enjoy a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and semi-covered terrace.

We offer a charming 30 m² studio in a detached house with a separate entrance. This rental is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen (hotplate, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. A bed (comfortable mattress), wardrobe, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
