A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Let yourself be lulled by the song of the birds and enjoy the greenway at the foot of the house, for walks or bike rides. Lake Guerlédan is a 15-minute walk from the house. You'll have the opportunity to walk there or do water activities. A preserved, beautiful and relaxing place awaits you. The house will provide you with all the comforts for your stay. You will have access to the sauna: let your body sweat and eliminate toxins, hydrate yourself. Breathe!!!!

Ty'Touan on the edge of the forest near Lake Guerlédan

Renovated apartment in the former attic of a farmhouse with a view of the Quénécan forest. Sordan Beach (restaurant, water activities, swimming) is a 5-minute drive, 30-minute walk away. 10 minutes away, on Sunday mornings: Bon Repos market or visit the Abbey of Bon Repos or enjoy the towpaths of the Nantes-Brest Canal. Hiking or mountain biking trails at the foot of the house. Shops are 10 minutes away. Optional linens and towels. No cleaning service.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

You have direct access to your private space located on the ground floor: entrance, bedroom, connecting bathroom, toilet, a magnificent kitchen and a superb living room. 120 m2 of living space. Please note that you will have exclusive use of this property. Indeed, all other services of the site are closed during your stay to preserve your privacy. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace with its Weber Traveler barbecue and the 600 m2 lawn.

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.

Second home of all the Botplançon cottages, the gîte Rézé is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without vis-à-vis.
