A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

A peaceful house, ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing weekend for couples. At the foot of the Montagne Noire, 10 minutes from Castres, 25 minutes from Revel and 20 minutes from Mazamet. Numerous hiking 🥾 and cycling trails start from the house (a racing bike can be loaned). You will also find information about local activities, artisans and great tips for nearby places. There is a grocery store and a bar 200 metres from the house, which are also open on weekends.
