Beachfront holiday rental in Sai Kaew Beach

Приехали в июне 2015г с женой и внуком(3 человека), говорят в сезон дождей .Дождей практически за 12 дней было 3 раза и то ночью,очень жарко,хотя днем бывало пасмурно но умудрились сгореть (очень осторожно). Константин организовал трансфер из аэропорта .Нас встретили в аэропорту( спасибо водителю и нашему гиду Диме) доставили до места. Константин (хозяин) нас встретил гостеприимно,проводил в дом ,чего не хватало все тут же было . Дом в котором нас поселили был просто замечательным (3 этажа, 3 спальни, все удобства(стиральная машина ) огромный холл,кухня (можно готовить самим или на "Тук-Тук" ездить обедать или ужинать в городе ) Хотя до этого мы бронировали квартиру, для нас это конечно был подарок.Так получилось что квартира была занята,но даже это к лучшему. Квартира тоже очень хорошая ,но гораздо меньше. Очень тихо,море рядом,хороший чистый бассейн . Если едете с ребенком то там ему не будет скучно ,много детей русских, можно отпускать по территории гулять(все охраняется,чужой не пройдет).Экскурсии можно заказать везде в городе (мы обращались к Диме и он нас возил куда захотим, естественно за "баты" ). Все недорого,фрукты на каждом углу.Очень вкусно кормят на рыбном рынке не далеко от коттеджа,3 остановки на "Тук-Тук" Вообщем наверное на следующий год тоже туда и компашкой..

Love the place. So peaceful and walkable to the beach. The beach is somewhat private and clean. The house is spacious with enormous living space. Perfect for family getaway. Felt right at home.

Une aventure authentique sur un ponton familial, un endroit hors du temps, une hôtesse d’une grande gentillesse et d’une grande discrétion. Chong Samaesan village reste un endroit hors du flot touristique. Ce cabanon sur les quais ferait une belle résidence pour écrivain, artiste ou autre chercheur de bout du monde.

We stayed for a week and loved it. Ilpo was able to provide a cot and high chair so our 1 year old could enjoy it too. Fantastic pool and restaurant in the village and less than a 10 minute drive to many restaurants and beaches! We also were able to walk our dog safely in the village. I am sure we will come back for another stay one day! Thank you Ilpo!

Kanjana place was a rare find in every sense .the caretaker Khun Nui was gem of a person , made us feel like at home. while there aren't many food choices nearby, the Viewmare resturant is worth it. the best part is location which is so peaceful and quiet , yet close enough to main Pattaya city. it's a perfect family getaway.

Our stay at the Sunset Beach Resort was AMAZING! This apartment complex is about 20 minutes from Pattaya city center. It’s nice and far from the hustle and bustle, perfect if you need to work remotely or if you just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. You can order a Grab taxi, rent a car, or take the baht bus if you need to get somewhere. We had a very beautiful, clean, and modern apartment with a sea view. The view was stunning, and during the 3 weeks we stayed here, we enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets every day, they were beyond imagination. If we ever come back to Pattaya, we would undoubtedly rent this accommodation again. The host of this apartment complex responds very quickly.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

The house was even better than the pictures! The check-in was seamless and assisted by the host’s father. He was very nice and attentive, explaining all the amenities in the house. The check-out was just as easy, and this time it was with the host. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

真心不错，房子位置极佳，就在芭提雅海滩旁边，比去住旁边的酒店性价比高太多，干净卫生，出行方便，到芭提雅6巷(男生的理想之地)，酒吧街步行街夜市这些地方也非常方便，对了，老板人很好，也很热情，告诉了我很多好吃好玩的地方，估计跟着旅行团或者自由行，都不会体验到那么好吃😋和有趣的地方！总体来说超棒的一次体验！

Amazing place to stay, lovely homey beach house. Martina is a very kind host and helping us to have a nice time. Hope we could give it more than a 5-star. We will definitely be back.

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

Super lækker lejlighed med den smukkeste udsigt fra altanen. Alt var pænt og rent. Kæmpestort og flot poolområde. Vi ankom før aftalt indtjekningstidspunkt og May var tilgængelig med det samme og gjorde indtjekningen gnidningsfri. (kode på dør skulle laves om da vi kom før tid)

En bra liten lägenhet för de vi betalade! Vi fick nya kuddar och täcken, handdukar efter 2 veckor! Vi hyrde i 4 veckor! Det enda nackdelen i köket var att fläkten var kass!

SUPER - sehr schöne funktionelle Unterkunft - super Ausstattung, sehr “geräumig”, sauber, alles vorhanden und wunderschöne, gepflegte Gartenanlage - und ganz nahe am ebenfalls sehr schönen “hauseigenen” Strand mit Sitzgelegenheiten (ruhig, ganz wenig andere Leute) - Personal top und freundlich - mit “Gastgeber” super und reibungslose Kommunikation und “Betreuung”...

a fabulous apartment for one or two , great views and comfortable . we were very impressed with the movenpick residences set up ….. very well run and top amenities . i hope to stay again

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Pool Anlage und sehr sauberen Wasser. Es ist sehr sauber und ordentlich mit gehober Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral ca. 10 Minuten zu Strand und ca. 15 Minuten zur nächsten Stadt gerne kommen wir wieder

This is lovely place for a romantic weekend. First of all I will list all the pluses. It has many restaurants of which it is justly proud. The food is wonderful and the breakfasts were some of the best that I have had. The staff speak very good english and were very helpful. The rooms are kept clean and are modern. The Villa is on the beach and is in the centre of many attractions.. Definitely come again. Very nice stay.

Nice apartment with great views and lots of local amenities. Having the hotel next door is nice and we made use of the SPA. Easy to get to the local towns and plenty of food options nearby. Great stay. Thank you

Vi stannade fyra nätter i Herberts hus. Vi var mormor, morfar, mamma, pappa och två barn 3 respektive 5 år. Vi uppskattade lugnet och att få ha hela Oceanside nästa helt för oss själva. Kommer vi tillbaka skulle vi troligen hyrt en motorcykel då det fanns begränsat med restauranger och affärer i närheten. I Laem Mae Pim fanns bland annat bageri och 7eleven, tog 30 minuter att promenera dit. Huset var väldigt stort och fint, personalen på restaurangen Ton-Aor i närheten var väldigt hjälpsamma och skjutsade oss till mataffär så vi kunde storhandla.

这个小区的私人沙滩真的太棒了！下楼就可以到达，阳台上可以看到海，坐在家里就可以欣赏日出日落。房子非常干净，家具恰到好处，房子的布置完全是为了更便捷的居住（比如床两边都有插销，睡觉时可以给手机充电，这对我们很重要😂）～床单被罩干净，散发着香味～yi还提供了每天的餐券和很多饮用水，非常贴心。如果你想找个舒服的房子安静的过上几天，那么来这里没错～

Apartamento muy nuevo y muy bien decorado, muy moderno y con mucho gusto. el sofá y la cama muy cómodos. Hay piscina y gimnasio y además casi nunca nadie nadie. cruzando la carretera está la playa enfrente, que está bastante bien. Andando hay varios restaurantes que están muy bien. el Host respondía rápido y estaba siempre pendiente. En l a nevera había bebidas y cafetera Nespresso aunque era de pago y con precio bastante caro. muy recomendable este alojamiento

Good location on Laem Mae Phim Beach if you want to be a bit further from noise/action, but still restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and also the sea is right across the road in front of the building. Kitchen was equipped. Beds were comfortable. The apartment is spacious and bright. The host is helpful. It's on the 6th floor, so it's breezy up there on the balcony with great view of the sea. The condo complex is well-kept, tidy garden with clean, good-size pool, and mainly Swedish tourists visiting there (also in the wider location). The place is definitely good for people who want quiet time. (Friday/Saturday there can be live music in the area that you hear, but it stops after around 10-11pm.)

Our family stayed for 1 month in this condo. It was a great stay and wonderful moments. About the unit was clean and comfortable the host was kind and responsible. The location was good safe with kids. Overall everything was great. 🙌🏻 We will definitely come back. Thank you Pooh
