The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator and consists of 1 bedroom, hallway, living room/kitchen in one and a terrace of 8 sqm with a beautiful view of Oslo and the Oslofjord. In addition, there is a sunny roof terrace that can be used if desired. Street parking. The apartment is in daily use. Personal items/clothing will be in the apartment.

Close to Nordmarka with good hiking opportunities. Plenty of sun on the balcony all day. Sunny time is about 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm

This apartment was an old factory, rebuilt in 2020 and has a 4-meter ceiling (13 feet). Everything you need is in this cozy and cool small big place. The living room is equipped with a projector that projects straight onto the big white wall, and with the connected Chromecast, you can transform the room into a cinema. The big window has automatic blinds that go up and down as you please. There is a big shower, and the kitchen has a wine cooler.
