Beautiful seafront apartment with views. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living-dining room with exit to the terrace, and well equipped kitchen. The flat has heating, air conditioning, smart tv and high speed wifi, and includes reserved parking. The location in Costa Brava is unbeatable, between Sant Feliu de Guíxols and S'Agaró, a 5 minutes walk from charming coves such as Cala Ametller and Sant Pol beach, and about a 5 minutes drive from the commercial area of Playa de Aro.

We are on the Costa Brava on an elevation with incredible panoramic view of the sea. 5 'by car to the beach of Playa de Aro, a very fun city with lots of nightlife. Girona airport half an hour. Girona, with its culture and gastronomy at 35 '. Nearby, other cities such as Sant Feliu, Calonge, Palamós and 30 'Blanes, Lloret de Mar, Tamariu and Llafranc. You will love my space for its privacy and exteriors. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and pets.

The apartment, 75m, semi-reformed, fully equipped and well distributed, with a large terrace, located on the edge of S'Agaró/Sant Feliu de Guíxols, minutes from the wonderful Playa de Sant Pol, with a multitude of leisure and fun options. The accommodation is located in a quiet, and perfectly maintained community, with beautiful views, with 2 outdoor pools (1 for the little ones). The villa is located on a sunny hill of Sant Feliu de Guixols, Costa Brava, Spain. Our unique location is within minutes walking distance of the cozy city center and the clear bays with rock and sandy beaches. New! We also rent a sauna to our guests! Final cleaning, bed linen and towels for the bathroom are included in the price.
