A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. From our house it is only a few hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². The property has many of Lubmin's typical pine trees. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only a 5 minute walk. Just as close is the large playground on the promenade.
