In summer hikes around the mountains, swimming in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Caumasee, Crestasee) and the perfect place to relax. For mountain bike lovers is also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area await you and a cross-country ski trail is also located directly in the village.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The Canyon Nest

The Canyon Nest with cottage charm and tiny house coziness is the perfect retreat in the 'Rheinschlucht'. Here you can start the day with freshly brewed coffee and birdsongs on the balcony, use the TRX on the terrace, do yoga or barbecue, pick fruits from the trees, hang a hammock, and read a book in front of the Swedish stove in the evening. The Canyon Nest offers peace and relaxation and is the ideal place for creativity and focused productivity.
