Monthly Rentals in Saddle Bag Lake

We were traveling for a wedding at Tavares on the Lake and this place was 2 minutes from the venue. At first glance when we arrived the space felt very homey. The house looks like a doll house and is very well taken care of. Emilie was very thoughtful and even left us a little surprises. The area was very quiet and peaceful which added to the homey feeling. The instructions and rules for checking in were extremely clear and made our experience much more enjoyable. Cleanliness was super and our overall experience was better than what we have expected. This was my first experience renting an Airbnb and I am so grateful that we encountered a host as thoughtful, clean, friendly, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. 1000% recommended and I would definitely come back to her place in the future.

It was a great experience. Tim and Glenda were so nice and very helpful. Our plane landed 4 hours late and they were excellent at making sure we could find the place and left the lights on so we would not have to navigate in the dark. It is very peaceful and quiet, which is just what we wanted. I loved the recommendations for places to see and eat. The homemade muffins and personalized thank you card were so sweet. A great experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Heather's place! We had everything that we needed. The layout was nice and comfortable. Loved the converted Florida room bedroom - with plenty of privacy with all of the curtains. Thoroughly impressed by the mini splits ability to keep the whole space comfortable! The location is a great proximity to all that there is to do in downtown Mt. Dora. Walkable is a matter of opinion, especially given the heat & humidity. But you can quickly zip around to get everywhere that you need. The kitchenette served all of the purposes we needed. If we were staying longer and wanting to do more cooking at the Air BnB we might have wanted a more proper kitchen; but for a 4 day weekend and only cooking breakfast (oatmeal & eggs); we had everything we needed (olive oil, salt and pepper were on location! life saver). The recommendations and brochures that she has put together should not be slept on! We would absolutely stay here again!

Me, my wife and our best couple friends went to get away for a few nights to just hang out! This place was amazing. Miriam and Ishmael were super responsive and friendly even bringing us eggs from their chickens! Their home is beautiful, pool is lovely and property is amazing! Honestly felt like a little home away from home or that I was staying at my grandparents house, which is an odd thing to be able to say about an Airbnb host. Super grateful for this place and will definitely go back! Dollar General five minutes around the corner that is actually really nice! The area is beautiful. You will love it.
