The place is wonderful, apartment as described. we came in late March and it was pleasant weather but a little chilly in the rooms. they had a coffee machine but no coffee. we came to hike, where the tram is just outside the apartment, or a 2 hr walk. the building it's in is really cool. the balcony overlooks a nice view too. the lower stars for the communication is because I messaged the host multiple times for instructions on how to get in, and he never responded. luckily, there is a number outside the apartment that you call and he will instantly tell you how to get in. I would have liked clearer communication because I was getting anxious with it. if you don't have a German number you might not be able to call them. otherwise, real nice place :))

We had a lovely an relexing stay at Stephan's. The flat is really beautiful and the bed (sofa) might be the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. Thank you so much.

Tidy, breathing house,, friendly apartment environment, user friendly tools nicest bed. Every thing is in great taste and quality, there is backery in very near house , easy to get to, parking is always available , Romy is always available and helps with whatever.

The apartment is very nice and very clean with a super view. In Annaberg Buchholz, however, there is a lot of vacancy of the surrounding houses. That's why the surroundings are not so nice. Of course, what the host can't do. You can hike there very well. Beautiful landscapes.

We had a great time in Iris' apartment. A good location for day trips to Dresden and Leipzig.

Jörg was very friendly and flexible about the check-in time. Lovely apartment, perfect base to explore Dresden from as you’re in the heart of the new town and super close to the tram for access to the train stations.

Anke was super accommodating, the place had everything you needed, there were two of us. Gladly again!!!!

A perfect small 1-room apartment with hallway, bathroom and kitchen-living room in which the bed is also located. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped to cook something if possible. Small but sufficient balcony that can be used all year round. The apartment has everything you need for a few days stay.

We stayed 3 nights with two dogs. The host was very kind and the dogs enjoyed the gardens and the adjacent fields. The neighborhood was quiet and we were not disturbed at night. We didn't cook in the kitchen and didn't use the grill. There are sun loungers and a gazebo for sitting. The place is nice, matching the photos. Nothing fancy, but it was fully sufficient for us.

The place was very nice. There is still plenty to do in the area. The cottage is super-equipped - we had everything we needed.

We arrived with 14 people, everything was as described. It is not easy to find accommodation for so many people, in which everyone has their privacy. It is ideal for groups. You can spend the evening together at the fire bowl or in the party room (quite pleasant in the rain) or enjoy breakfast together in the kitchen. The area is very quiet, exactly as we imagined! The host is very kind and personable. Was available at any time if you had any questions. The heritage association that looks after this accommodation really makes a great effort. We were very pleased ❤️

We had a pleasant stay at Jakub's. The house was very nice and large even for 5 people. Perfect location for visiting the area. Thank you for the small touches and the many documents to prepare for our visits. The key box is very convenient.

The apartment is very nicely located close to Turnov in Bohemian Paradise. From here you can reach many destinations in the sandstone mountains of Hruba Skala. Directly behind the house is a forest path leading to Valdštejn Castle. Very nice, thank you so much! :-)

It's an excellent place to stay, particularly for families with children. There's plenty of space to play football or table tennis, or just relax outside. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance. However, the house has a fully-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

The place is newly renovated, nicely and functionally equipped, and everything is clean. The kitchen in the apartment has all the possible amenities and what is not, you can find it in the lower kitchen, which is bigger. There was no table in our room, so we went to eat in the common room, but it wasn't a problem. The apartment has a TV and a play station downstairs in the common room, which the kids appreciated. Overall, the place is very well equipped for children, so they have a good time. We appreciated the opportunity to use the sauna. The facade and the surroundings of the house are still being fine-tuned, but we certainly didn't see it as a problem, there was no noisy work, and the neighborhood is modified to be fully used. I had a very pleasant stay! The hostess is extremely nice and polite, the contact was uncomplicated and cordial. The apartment is small, but very cozy and above all sparkling clean – you feel right at home. Everything you need for everyday life is really available. Shopping is just around the corner, which is super convenient. I will definitely be happy to return!

Nice, clean accommodation adjacent to the farm. Horses and cows grazed directly in front of the windows, which the children liked very much. Everything was fine, except for the air conditioning, which we wanted to heat up, but it smelled quite strongly.

We had a lovely getaway in Kerstin's apartment. The apartment is very spacious, there were fresh eggs from the chickens. The surroundings are super quiet and the large garden invites you to linger. Overall everything worked out, so a clear recommendation :)

The place is great and fully met our expectations. It is very cozy furnished and very clean. In the immediate vicinity is a great restaurant and only a few minutes by car is a small ski resort. We had a lovely few days and will be back.

My 12 day stay at Richard's in Triebischtal was very nice . Everything was as it was described in the offer. The sofa bed was a bit too hard for me. The neighbors were always ready for a chat and very helpful. There is Kaufland around the corner. By S-Bahn train, you are in Meissen in 3 minutes. Be sure to get off at the train station - the view from the old town bridge to the panorama of the city is fantastic . You can get information and suggestions in the tourist information Meissen. A visit to the museum is definitely recommended . Dresden is about 30 minutes away by S-Bahn train. I had a wonderful vacation and got my money's worth from a cultural-historical point of view.
