Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge

Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

We used the house over Easter for a family trip of six. There was everything your heart desires: from the large fridge, the very well-equipped kitchen with attached dining room, bedrooms with good mattresses to the top equipped common areas with many play opportunities. Even in bad weather you can have a very good time here. Fortunately, the sun was shining, so we explored the beautiful area. The property is large and fenced. Our dog was able to move freely, we made a campfire with the available wood and grilled outside. Really nice was the covered dining area with benches: great views! Beautiful and historically significant excursion destinations are nearby: We took a hike to Helfenburg (12 min. to parking lot) and visited the Theresienstadt concentration camp on the day of departure (just under 20 min.) - be sure to see! Hiking opportunities right by the house. In 1 word: great!!!

A wonderfully rustic, spacious place where we experienced fantastic Christmas as a family of 6 plus grandparents. The fireplace really heats the whole house when it's not super cold outside. Norma and Peter are very accommodating.

Accomodation was spotless, well furnished with all the amenities needed. We really enjoyed having the possibility to use the bbq. Really recommended for a getaway weekend.

Many thanks to Chris and his family for the wonderful stay in the lovingly renovated surrounding house. Everything on site not only corresponded to your description but even top it. It was beautiful and we enjoyed it very much. We will definitely come back again.

It was a wonderfully relaxing short trip! You can tell from the house that it has been renovated with a lot of attention and attention to detail. And the uncomplicated communication with Florian makes you feel right at home.

For 3 nights we were there during the winter holidays. The location of the cottage is well suited for day trips on the Fichtelberg and also to the Greiffensteinen. In the house we had it cozy and everything it needed for the time.

Beautiful large and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to do laundry. The large bed was upstairs so we opted to sleep downstairs closer to the bathroom. The only suggestion would be to have instructions for the property in English as well as German.

I would like to give more than 5 stars because our mom-child getaway in the old rectory was just perfect 👌🏼 So lovingly renovated, practically furnished and beautiful apartments that find young and old fair are hard to find. We will definitely be back and miss the beautiful Müglitztal already🫶🏼

Very spacious apartment with 3 large bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, lots of dishes etc + washing machine downstairs shared with two other flats). The three apartments are in a separate house located in a leafy setting, behind an older apartment building - so there is no street noise and plenty of space for kids to run around or to enjoy a glass-of wine on the terrace with tables and chairs. There is plenty of space to park a car directly in-front of the house. There are supermarkets and a tram-stop around the corner and you can be in Dresden old town in 15-minutes.

Nice place with large kitchen. Quietly located with lots of greenery around it. Perfect for a relaxing time with your friends and family.

The apartment was very nice and very clean and well equipped. Location was excellent. Communication was very friendly and very fast and very accommodating.

This stay was truly exceptional. A quiet and pleasant environment to relax, lots of places to go with even the possibility of borrowing bikes. When it comes to the accommodation directly,.. I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back and enjoy the same comfort here as we are now.

Super nice hosts, very eager to meet any requests. 😊 Everything was also nicely decorated for Christmas and prepared for me love. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable.

There were 9 of us in the accommodation. The house is great and offers everything you need. 3 different grills are available (smoker, Weber and open grill bowl). Multiple showers and toilets make it much easier when traveling with a large group. The house has several rooms with 3 or 2 beds. The view of the canal is awesome. I highly recommend booking the place along with the bar. The bar is awesome. Plenty of space, music system, projector, TV, stage, light music and a beer tap are provided. This takes barbecuing in the evening and partying together to a new level:) Right in front of the house there is plenty of free parking available for easily 7-10 cars. Nearby (max 5-10 minutes by car) there are many. Grocery shopping from well-known supermarkets. Michal is a friendly, helpful and a great host. We will be happy to come back! Thank you

We had four wonderful days in Vit's great cottage, which is furnished with a lot of love and flair and very cozy. A particularly beautiful place to stay, very comfortable and well equipped, overlooking the forest, quiet and well located on the outskirts of Tissa. We enjoyed the time very much and will definitely be back!

We chose Villa Albatros for a weekend stay and couldn't have done better. We were in full and everything was absolutely perfect. Excellent host. House as described and very good and clean. The pool, which can also be used in bad weather, gave the children great pleasure! House perfectly clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, even consumables are available, so you can get started right away! A few kilometers away is a supermarket (Penny), which was also open on Sunday and on the holiday.

We had a great time at Gabriela’s. The old villa and the surroundings are picturesque, the room and the kitchen are very comfortable and she was very caring by providing the fire at the fireplace at the end of every cold day I spent hiking with my two sons. Recommend to anyone.
