Elizabeth’s place is delightful and well appointed. It is perfectly set up for long or short term stays. The attention to detail is spot on. The apartment is just a short walk from Main Street and all it has to offer. We own and operate a B & B 200 miles from here so we speak from experience when we say your stay in Grapevine will be very comfortable here.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

The place is private, comfortable, and well furnished. The host was super accommodating. There is a faint cigarette smoke smell which I've read in another review. It didn't bother me much while I was there, but I did smell it on the clothes I laid out there after I got home.

The house is way larger than it appears! The backyard has plenty to do and it is excellent size. This is the perfect Airbnb for a family with young children. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. I actually grew up in this neighborhood and we come back once a month for work and we will be staying here again.

This was a wonderful work retreat. The leaders of our company booked this home for a corporate retreat. We each had private rooms and gathered each morning in the huge kitchen for breakfast with plenty of room to spread out in dining room or outdoor patio. The living room was spacious and a great place for our meetings. Afternoons we headed out for great team building in Dallas! I'm coming back with my family! I think my kids would love the tree house bedroom overlooking the creek!

From booking to checking out of Sophie‘s Airbnb, everything went smoothly. I booked six months in advance, and when it was coming close to my arrival, Sophie reached out to me. She was very accommodating to me and my family. Her house was very clean and welcoming. My family and I were very happy with the house.

My family and I visited Garland for my daughter’s high school graduation. The house is a short distance from the Curtis Culwell Center, where her graduation ceremony was held. This home accommodated my family's celebration in space and amenities, allowing us to celebrate my daughter just as we would at home with our family from the Metroplex area. This home is well-maintained with hosts caring about the renters' experience. Due to medical circumstances, my daughter has a service dog, which we decided to bring at the last minute. The Iveys were very understanding of the change in reservations. Since this is a pet-friendly home, I was skeptical about the cleanliness. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the pristine condition of the floors, couches, linens, and yard. As a pet owner, I never want someone to deal with my dog's hair, and was very thankful the host ensured their guests didn't have to deal with other people's pet hair. Great getaway!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Great spot. This is our second time staying in Christina’s place. We love the lower Greenville neighborhood. Very walkable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

Place was very quiet and convenient. Kane was a great host, very communicative.

I was a bit wary of getting an Airbnb as I normally stay at a hotel for this type of trip, but I wanted something more comfortable, convenient, and private this time around. I came across this place and it had everything I was looking for, with an extra bonus of an arcade cabinet (so fun). My stay at this place was great, it was exactly as described and very comfortable to stay. The owner Charles was very communicative, and responded right away. The instructions were very clear and organized threw out my stay. The check-in and check-out process was super easy as well. The place itself was very clean and looked just like it was on the listing. The beds were pretty comfortable, I would say on par with a nice hotel. Plenty of towels and linens if needed, as well as some starter supplies for the stay like soaps, cotton swabs, laundry detergent, and even a few snacks in the kitchen. Overall, the place was great and at a great price. I definitely would stay here again on my next trip.
