Created in 2024 in the former Jules Ferry school from 1907, this 120 m² duplex loft has a living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a master suite with a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an open office space that can accommodate a child (extra bed).
