Monthly Rentals in Sabattus

Extremely peaceful and relaxing! The rental is more like a home than a cottage/camp with its recent tasteful, pleasing, and very functional renovations (the flooring was well done and looked great; the mini-split system made it very comfortable even when it was in the 90’s; and, the new furnishings were attractive and comfortable). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Out stay here was unbelievable! We could not be more happy with out accommodation of the ease of the experience. Marcia was a wonderful host. She made check-in easy and quick, and was very responsive. The welcoming packet was clear, concise, and outlined expectations. She also provided plenty of local restaurant menus in the local area, and a plethora of local attractions that made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was very comfortable and functional, allowing for plenty of storage and amenities for cooking. The neighborhood, while walkable, was very quiet and cozy. This was perfect for out quiet getaway. We will definitely be booking here again!

The place was spacious and clean. The backyard was great as it was fenced in and a wonderful spot for my dogs. I really enjoyed the home. It made me feel at home. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was beyond expectations. A weekend at "Golden Pond" for our family. Rhonda is the best host we've ever had with Air BNB. Can't wait to get back to "Grandma's House". Thank you Rhonda!!
