A very cozy space, it is as described in the publication, the attention of the co-host is very timely and the entrance and exit of the apartment is very simple, if we return to sabaneta we will surely opt for this option.

Very nice apartment, view of Medellín. The only problem is the cleaning not included extra for an extended duration, I understand that everyone has their own rules, but paying for an extra cleaning in a week's stay seems a little excessive. Everything else is ok, good contact with the reception and the host. All in all recommended

This place felt very exclusive but not too far away from activities. It’s nice to have access to your own private hot tub and two bed rooms

Excellent apartment. Very central to everything. Everything in the apartment is new, well thought out design, and very comfortable. The building is immaculate. Very close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Host is very responsive! I had an amazing stay.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Andres Felipe and Felbrania were especially helpful — they quickly smoothed out any small issues and made sure everything was resolved without hassle. The security and building staff were also excellent — always polite, professional, and clearly on top of their game. The apartment itself was situated on a high floor, offering a beautiful view and a comfortable space to relax. The location was very central, with easy access to public transportation and tourist activities — a big plus for anyone looking to explore the area. The only minor downside was that the pool was occasionally unavailable during peak hours due to maintenance. However, this didn’t significantly impact our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great place, safe and quiet. Exactly like the pictures. Neighbors were kind quiet and did not intrude. Sabaneta is one of the best neighborhoods in regards to being safe, and having great accommodation options (Resturant’s, theaters, gyms, activities etc.) my go to neighborhood when I stay in Medellin. Gloria (host) was polite and provided access even though I was a bit earlier. Night time neighborhood is safe and quiet. Kitchen is comfy for cooking, they do need more knifes for cutting but not a big deal - they had most of the items you would need to make a nice home made meal. Home was also very clean upon arrival. Would highly recommend this home, and I will look to stay here again in the near future.

The penthouse was stunning but even more stunning was the view of the city. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The pool was very clean and beautiful. The restaurant Al Alma was such an added bonus. Great food and excellent service. Make sure to ask for Velasco, he has the best service and great advice. He made our trip so much better!

Great 2 bedroom apartment that was well appointed. The view from the balcony was amazing and the jacuzzi was a hit. The master bedroom is a nice size and the bed is huge. The lighting in the apartment is nice and unique. The washer/dryer was nice to have. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

I had a very relaxing stay here. If you wanted to do something more the opportunities are endless. Maria helped give me many suggestions on activities and nightlife and for dining. The apartment was perfect with everything I could need available. The pool was clean and the views spectacular. The bar restaurant in the lobby area was very good. The staff was friendly and the food options were great. I highly recommend Maria and her apartment.

Great stay in a safe and secluded area in Medellin. Nice balcony views and the building had great amenities. Would recommend this stay if you are looking for a quiet and safe building in Medellin.

Honestly, I’m pretty critical of places that I stay. This is definitely on the top of my list. Claudia was very attentive to ensure that I was comfortable in her rental. There are a few other places here in Medellin that I really like and I must admit, this is one of them.
