⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible experience in Sabaneta My stay at Juan's apartment was simply spectacular. From the moment I arrived, communication was excellent and check-in was very easy. The apartment is impeccable, modern and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location in Sabaneta is perfect: a quiet, safe neighborhood and close to everything. In addition, the view from the balcony is beautiful, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Medellín and its surroundings. Juan was an exceptional host, always attentive to any questions and willing to make my stay perfect. I will definitely be back and recommend it 100%. Thanks for everything, Juan!

My experience with this Airbnb was great. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, quick and friendly. The place is as shown in the photos, even more beautiful in person: clean, well decorated, comfortable and with all the necessary elements for a pleasant stay. The location was also perfect, close to the subway, it's easy to get there on foot. I felt at home and would definitely come back without thinking. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location with amazing views of the city. Walking distance to Éxito supermarket and Viva shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shopping. Would love to visit again.

Very quiet but still a very short uber ride to attraction sites. Very responsive and helpful host. Responded almost immediately with every question I had. Beautiful scene of the whole city from the apartment. Hot running water which doesn’t turn cold providing nice warm showers. Each room equipped with AC to keep you cool on hot days. Nice spacious 2nd floor outdoor/ indoor Restuarant and also a 1st floor Store in building which gives you almost no reason to leave as most necessities are purchasable there onsite. Gym with Olympic barbell and racks for those serious athletes. Treadmill etc. All in all, as experienced traveler to Colombia, this will now always be my first choice apt in Medellin. You won’t be disappointed!

The apartment is very well furnished. It had an extra for everything. Everything was clean and Lucia was as shown in the photos. Mr. Alejandro was very kind in general. The only thing is that the guards asked a lot about your stay and made you feel uncomfortable, but overall everything was excellent.

The place was clean, well-equipped, and just as described. The host was responsive and professional. Located in Sabaneta’s pink zone, it’s vibrant and busy—ideal if you enjoy nightlife and energy. Despite the lively surroundings, the apartment felt secure and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I’m a superhost from Florida and I felt like Carlos provided a VIP experience. Access to a large shuttle for larger groups was ideal to get picked up and dropped off at the airport along with great for tours around the city. The rental came with a cool porch with a private jacuzzi and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfy and they all had separate a/c units if needed which you really don’t. Make sure u bring ur own condiments if u plan to cook anything in the kitchen and hot water didn’t last too long but otherwise I would say a great place for 6-8 people

The apartment was great 👍 but the cleanliness was not on point, to get to town you need to take a taxi 🚕, there corner store is great has a lot, the noise level in the morning is high. Make sure you read the book guid the pool rules are strict, we had a great time, already planning for next year thank you 🙏

A few blocks away from all the noise and chaos from Provenza. Good apartment. TV worked good. Kitchen and bathroom all good. The balcony faces a street so id bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case. AC worked well.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the accessibility of the place made everything so convenient. Carlos, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The spacious kitchen was a highlight for me, equipped with all the essentials. Plus, the location is fantastic! Smartfit gym is just a 3-minute walk away, along with great breakfast spots and a pharmacy nearby. Getting around was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

Where do I begin, first let me start with Mateo, hands down the best airbnb host I have ever come across. A few words that come to mind, respectful, patient, understanding, helpful, kind, generous, I could on and on, the man is an absolute saint in every way. He went above and beyond any host I have ever met! and for his airbnb, I almost dont have words. i have seen many airbnb penthouses, but I truely believe he has one of the best if not the best penthouse in all of Medellin. its absolutely breathtaking. the terrace by the jacuzzi will fill you with emotion its so beautiful. I was overwhelmed when I arrived, it was litteraly perfect in every way, and it was over stocked with anything you could possibly imagine needing. The feeling it gives with all the plants and the natural lighting and attention to detail, I will never forget being allowed to stay in this airbnb, it was truely one of the highlights of my lifetime. Thank you again Mateo, it was the experience of a lifetime!

Urban Studios is also a great option for families. The environment is calm, welcoming, and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. Beautiful and unique high floor apartment. About a 15-20 minute walk from el Tesoro (large shopping center.) Apartment decoration is really unique and one off. Julissa was a wonderful and considerate host. Always responding within minutes! The value is very well worth it. You won’t find much better without paying a fairly significant amount more.

Everything was great and easy and comfortable. My only comment would be to maybe have paper towels in the kitchen. Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anything to dry anything and I didn't want to use the regular towels. Just a recommendation from me, but a very small point. Overall the place was perfect
