Un espacio muy acogedor, es tal cual como viene descrito en la publicación, la atención de la coanfritiona muy oportuna y el ingreso y la salida del apto muy sencillo, si regresamos a sabaneta seguramente optaremos por esta opción.

Apartamento molto carino, panorama su Medellín. Único problema le pulizie non incluse extra in una durata prolungata, capisco che ognuno abbia le proprie regole però pagare per una pulizia extra in un soggiorno di una settimana mi sembra un po’ eccessivo. Tutto il resto ok, buon contatto con la reception e con l’host. Tutto sommato consigliato

Excelente, realizamos un viaje de trabajo por 3 días, nos sentimos muy cómodos. Juliana es excelente anfitriona, muy amable y lista para cualquier inquietud.

El apto es muy acogedor , bonito y agradable, tal como se muestra en las fotos. Se nota que está remodelado hace poco. Tiene un pequeño balcón con una vista muy bonita de la ciudad. Tuvimos que cancelar unas noches porque nos quedaba bastante retirado del lugar donde estábamos trabajando, el anfitrión fue muy amable y comprensivo y nos ayudó con la modificación de la reserva.

Excelente sitio, regresaría con toda tranquilidad, cerca de todo y súper tranquilo, portería 24/7; excelente servicio y muy agradable el sitio!,,,,,,

Excellent apartment. Very central to everything. Everything in the apartment is new, well thought out design, and very comfortable. The building is immaculate. Very close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Host is very responsive! I had an amazing stay.

Great hosts and stay, had issue with internet when I first arrived. They were able to get it fixed for me. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place, safe and quiet. Exactly like the pictures. Neighbors were kind quiet and did not intrude. Sabaneta is one of the best neighborhoods in regards to being safe, and having great accommodation options (Resturant’s, theaters, gyms, activities etc.) my go to neighborhood when I stay in Medellin. Gloria (host) was polite and provided access even though I was a bit earlier. Night time neighborhood is safe and quiet. Kitchen is comfy for cooking, they do need more knifes for cutting but not a big deal - they had most of the items you would need to make a nice home made meal. Home was also very clean upon arrival. Would highly recommend this home, and I will look to stay here again in the near future.

Amazing apartment, more luxurious than I thought. The host is super chill and will work with you on favors you ask. Looking forward to staying here longer next time I’m in Medellín!

Great 2 bedroom apartment that was well appointed. The view from the balcony was amazing and the jacuzzi was a hit. The master bedroom is a nice size and the bed is huge. The lighting in the apartment is nice and unique. The washer/dryer was nice to have. I would definitely stay again.

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Excellent place to stay good location and the host was very good

I had a very relaxing stay here. If you wanted to do something more the opportunities are endless. Maria helped give me many suggestions on activities and nightlife and for dining. The apartment was perfect with everything I could need available. The pool was clean and the views spectacular. The bar restaurant in the lobby area was very good. The staff was friendly and the food options were great. I highly recommend Maria and her apartment.

Great stay in a safe and secluded area in Medellin. Nice balcony views and the building had great amenities. Would recommend this stay if you are looking for a quiet and safe building in Medellin.

Honestly, I’m pretty critical of places that I stay. This is definitely on the top of my list. Claudia was very attentive to ensure that I was comfortable in her rental. There are a few other places here in Medellin that I really like and I must admit, this is one of them.
