Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sabana Seca

Calix, and the beautiful house was everything you need on a vacation in Puerto Rico. Not only was communication very quick and helpful, the location was very private and secure. Cameras, gated and very safe. This house had everything you need to relax, have a good time or just binge movies. Having a pool and pool table was also nice. Outside restroom was a bonus. Owners have taken very good care of this house. I will be back to utilize the property again!

Your attention to detail is impeccable, and as a air b n b owner myself, I got a lot of ideas from my properties from you! You made our stay exceptional! Very communicative and responsive. Everything we needed for the beach or pool was available. The grill was great! Kitchen fully stocked. These guys didn't miss anything at all. and folks, During our 11 day stay, Puerto Rico lost power for 3 days straight! the whole island, and we didn't even realize it! The generator and water supply back up, was a blessing to have and kicked on immediately. Air conditioners in everything room with nice cold air blowing. You guy's literally thought of everything! Thank you so much! My family made many great memories. We will be back again soon! My kids didn't even want to leave. We found our new home away from home! Thank you so much! Luis and Laura.

I’ve been to Puerto Rico many times, and this Airbnb was by far the nicest, most secure place we have stayed at. Christie was so communicative and let us check in early since our flight was early which was so appreciated! The day we landed on the island, there was an island wide power outage, and it didn’t really affect us because of the generator at the Airbnb. The place was so clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The beds were all so comfortable. The house actually is even nicer in person than in pictures! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Christie provided a guide that provided very thorough instructions for check in and for our entire stay. Their location was excellent with a lot around and only 15-20 mins to San Juan. The neighborhood felt very exclusive. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Puerto Rico!

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Nelida’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool made it even more special. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. They even kept in touch throughout to make sure we had gotten there safe and that everything was ok. The location was perfect for the relaxing getaway for our friend group, with easy access to our planned event. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

Carmen's place is in an ideal location--lovely beachfront property! The house suited our group so well and had lots of space for hanging out. There were a few minor glitches with the gate lock and one A/C unit, but Carmen got things fixed very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

To put it simply, the house was remarkable, and I would have to say the same about Dolores and how helpful and responsive she was to anything I needed. The description and pictures of the house matched perfectly and, honestly, it was even better in person.

Me and a group of friends stayed at Reiner’s lovely home and absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was our first time on the island and having the location be super close to the airport was perfect! You would think that there would be too much air traffic noise but absolutely not! Our favorite part of the house was definitely the upper deck that allowed us to relax and take in the weather throughout the day!Just around the corner were some food shops and a surf shop as well! The beach is about 10 minutes from the home and old San Juan is 20 minutes. I would 100% stay at Reniers home again for our next visit to Puerto Rico!

A total of 6 people stayed at Lorena’s place and we were all satisfied with our stay! Everyone had their own bed. The bunk beds were pretty big and the beds were so COMFORTABLE. The AC was nice and cool. The bathrooms were big and had lots of mirrors for us girls ! The place is just as described. We only had an issue with the dryer/washer, they weren’t working. Private and gated community. Felt safe the entire stay. Pretty close to Isla verde beach, La Placita, and other popular areas by Uber. 15-20 min walk to the beach. Had to walk along the highway and over the bridge to get there, so I would uber. It was super easy for the Ubers to find us. I would stay at Lorena’s place again. Thank you for all your help

Had a wonderful stay, there was an island wide blackout and we did not go without power. The location is great lots of local coffee shops and food spots. The rooftop was so nice to unwind after a day of exploring. Would highly recommended!

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

Nice patio , lots to do, walkable areas , private , Carolina Police were patrolling constantly that makes you feel secure .

Souls place looked just like the pictures, the location was walking distance to everything in that area. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there so we didn't get to spend time on the rooftop, but it was very nice up there. But just like most of the reviews, there is 4 flights of stairs, we didn't mind. and 1 bath room is tiny, the sink and toliet need to swap positions lol. but overall the place was excellent.

Eileen’s was the perfect place for my sister, mom and me. We got to relax on the patio with morning coffee, were ~5 min walk to the beach, and had access to many restaurants and shops nearby. Loved the local recommendations and responsiveness. The style of the Airbnb made it extra inviting and relaxing. All of the little details made it feel like home away from home. Would highly recommend!

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed 6 days for spring break. Apartment was nice, clean and large enough for 5 people to stay. It is very close to beach. There are many restaurants in the area. Christine was super helpful and guided us through a few challanged during the power outage effected island. Puerto Rico seems to be suffering large scale power outages time to time taking over 24 hours. The building has generator for common areas but apartment will not have power when there is an outage. Make sure your car has full tank of gas to go around. You can use hotel restaurants near by and discover island. Overall we had a great experience thanks to Christine.

Tania was an amazing host, super accomedating and responsive. The space was clean, walkable to many restaurants, and very easy access to the beach. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone

This condo was super cute and clean. Stunning views of the ocean, sky and pool area. Gary was an amazing host! Gave us a warm welcome and kept checking in and provided excellent recommendations of where to eat. Definitely would consider renting again in the future.

Our first time traveling to PR & we loved staying in Carol’s place. We had a hard time finding it at first but she was very responsive & helpful during the entire trip! We were able to walk everywhere for lunch & convenience stores close by.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!
