The airbnb was wonderful. Assad was very pleasant and gave us great recommendations for food. The Airbnb felt like home very quiet and clean. The hot tub was our favorite part. The bed was nice and comfortable would definitely stay again!

A super comfortable, clean place and you have everything you need. We went to the beach and he didn't provide what was necessary to spend a day at the beach. Very attentive. And as always, they make you feel at home. You feel safe.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful house for us to enjoy! Finding the house was easy, parking was close and convenient, and the key lock was fast. The house was spotless with an amazing fresh smell and ample space; worth every penny. The welcome baskets were a lovely touch. The decor was beautiful! I was blown away by all of the thoughtful amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. The air conditioners cooled great. The shower was exactly what I wanted: spacious, clean, great showerhead pressure, and hot water. The beds were so comfortable, and the bedding smelled clean and felt cozy. The house was spacious and modern. The kitchen table was large and great for eating and working. The washer/dryer was perfect and even came with detergent, so convenient. I visit Puerto Rico every month for work. I usually stay in San Juan, but I’m so glad I drove out 20 minutes to Bayamon instead. Best Airbnb ever! 10/10 I’ll definitely be back!

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

Javier is a great host! Sunset at Park Villas is a very peaceful, clean, and freindly community. The apartmebt was great, comfortable, clean, very smartly decorated, and the second floor patio is such a nice little hangout spot after a long day! We will definitely be back! Gracias Javier! We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.
