CHALET WITH SAUNA FOR FANTASTIC SKIING

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. WiFi, English TVs (2 of them!). 33Mbps Wifi One of five places I have listed. Over 800 guests a year now stay at my five holiday homes run by me. Studio with garden "La-Baita"

Our studio is close to the center (15 minutes' walk to the train station/center) and yet in a quiet location. It's the perfect base for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the Badi (summer), ice rink (winter), the sports center with tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail is right behind the house.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
