CHALET WITH SAUNA FOR FANTASTIC SKIING

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. WiFi, English TVs (2 of them!). 33Mbps Wifi One of five places I have listed. Over 800 guests a year now stay at my five holiday homes run by me. The average rating of over 450 online reviews is 4.85.

Unser Studio liegt zentrumsnah (15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof/Zentrum) und doch in Ruhiger Lage. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi (Sommer), Eisfeld (Winter), dem Sportzentrum mit Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn). Die Langlauf-Loipe ist direkt hinter dem Haus.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
