In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa in a short time.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

The small (about 30 square meters) and cozy 2 1/2 room apartment is located on the sunny side just above Küblis near the hamlet of Tälfsch. The apartment is idyllically located on a farm. Also possible for an extra charge a crib, high chair etc. almost everything available! (Price on request). In winter, there is the possibility to ski or sled in nearby Klosters/Davos, Fideris (Heuberge) or Grüsch (Danusa). In summer there are many beautiful hiking trails and mountain lakes.

The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 1 child or possibly a 2nd child (from 3 years - unsecured staircase). The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.
