Both in winter – ski slopes up to the house - as well as in summer – directly at the hiking and bike trails - the house offers an excellent starting point for skiers, hikers, bikers and recreation seekers.

"The cottage in the woods" is an environment surrounded by the green of chestnut and linden trees, to "listen to nature that speaks" but also to music (acoustic speakers on each floor, even outdoors) and let yourself be lulled by moments of slow, simple, authentic life. It is located in a small alpine village from which you start to reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. The garden for exclusive use with dining area, barbecue, swimming pool, umbrellas and deckchairs is very popular. There is Wi-Fi.

Zwischen majestätischen Bergen und stillen Wäldern liegt ein kleines Häuschen in Saas-Almagell, das wirkt wie ein geheimer Rückzugsort. Wer hier ankommt, spürt sofort die besondere Ruhe, die nur ein echtes Bergdorf schenken kann. Das Häuschen empfängt dich mit seinem warmen Holz, dem leichten Duft von Fichten in der Luft und einer Aussicht, die den Alltag sofort vergessen lässt. Die Fäldmatta thront auf einem herrlichen Sonnenplateau auf 1633 Höhenmetern & ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Schneeschuhlaufen & zum entschleunigen.

Chill in your roomy sauna after skiing, hiking, or lounging on the chalet's expansive terraces. Tucked away above the village, even in the depth of winter, you enjoy an early sunrise. Your skis are best placed next to the slopes, a scenic 1.5 km walk or 10 min shuttle ride away. SaastalCard included (as part of tourist tax due on arrival).
