It is also ideal as a base for those wishing to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, Valsesia and many others. Beautiful secluded chalet in a hidden corner of Piedmont, on the border with Switzerland located at 1300 meters. The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

The cozy apartment is located in Saas-Grund, but belongs politically to the municipality of Saas-Balen. In 3 separate rooms you can recover from skiing, hiking and mountaineering, spend a cozy movie night in the living room or play in the dining room. Good public transport connections to Saas-Fee or Visp, snow-sure ski resorts (Saas-Fee, Saas Grund, Saas Almagell), shopping can be reached in approx. 400 meters on foot (bakery/village shop/sporting goods) or about 1.5 km (Coop/Denner).

The apartment "Weissmies" has its own charm and was completely renovated in 2021 with a lot of heart. The apartment with free Wi-Fi is located on the first floor. Smoking is permitted outside on the terrace. Washing machine and laundry dryer are available. Free parking is right in front of the house. Within a five-minute walk you can reach all the village shops, the post office, the bus stop, the Hohsaas cable car and the cross-country ski trail. For pets we charge CHF 10.00 per day.

Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

In just a 10 min walk from the parking, you'll find Studio Juwel on the sunny end of Lomattenstrasse. In front of the house is a busstop to take you in winter to the skilifts for free. Not even 50m away is the nearest supermarket. You'll find all you need in the Studio: bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher. Small double bed, relaxing chairs, extendable dining table, TV, balcony with a bit of mountain view and lots of afternoon sun!

Vacations in a fantastic mountain world, 2nd floor

My place is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. In the Saas Valley, adults must pay 10.5 Fr. in the summer and children between 6 and 16 years 5.25 Fr. Pay tourist tax. In this price all buses in the valley and practically all cable cars can be used free of charge. In winter the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price, the ski bus is free in winter. Breakfast available on request.
