Das Gartenhaus ist ein ideales Haus für Familien mit Kindern, die sicher Treppen gehen können. Unser Anwesen liegt am Rande des Dorfes, in schöner Lage. Es gibt viel zu Erkunden in unserer nächsten Umgebung: Seen, Felsen, Burgen Museen, viel Historisches wie Maginotlinie und Festung Bitche. Die Vorzüge unseres Standortes: großartige Natur in der Umgebung, unser großes Grundstück mit viel Platz zum Ausruhen, Schaukeln, Spielen, Grillen, Sitzen, Liegen. Seit Oktober haben wir eine Wärmepumpe.

Tiny house in the countryside

Idyllic tiny house on the edge of the forest, without direct neighbors. The center of Dudweiler with all the necessary shops, bus and train connections is within 10 minutes' walking distance. The university can be reached in 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bus or 8 minutes by car. The tiny house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed overlooking the countryside, a pellet stove for cozy hours, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill and a fire pit. The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Here is the story, the history of this old apartment. This loft dates back to 1783. On that date, I was not born. But my ancestors, left me their legacies, and I thank them. Here are their stories… A farmhouse attached to this apartment. In fact, this place, before that, was a stable. There were cows and pigs and straw on the floor. Left abandoned first, this stable was transformed into an apartment six years ago. Today, she welcomes you.

Enjoy the quiet location when you stay at our place. Start the day relaxed with a nice cup of coffee in our garden/conservatory, which can be almost completely opened, so you can sit in the garden even in bad weather. We offer you a master bedroom with a box spring bed (180 × 200). The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200). In the kitchen you will find a fully automatic machine, soda stream and a kettle with tea.

On the ground floor is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and fridge. The ground-level living space is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating area. On the lower floor is also the bathroom with shower and WC. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.
