Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-family house (three residents). The house entrance is accessible via a seven-step staircase, but also barrier-free via the rear entrance. The apartment (63 square meters) has two bedrooms - one double bed and two single beds - and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is accessible via a small hallway, which is occasionally used by the other residents. The terrace in the courtyard can be used in good weather.

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment with roof terrace and great views in a quiet street in the immediate vicinity of the University of Technology and Science. To the bus stop, from which buses go to the city, it is only 4 minutes.
