Our spacious 2-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the eastern center of Jena and is suitable for short- and long-term rentals. On the 3rd floor, a completely renovated apartment with high, fully equipped living comfort awaits you. In addition to a very spacious shower room, our apartment offers a comfortable living room. Here the sofa or another bed offers more sleeping options. In the separate bedroom, you can look forward to a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed and your own TV.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

This guest apartment is located in the basement of our house. In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. Attractive Studio in Jena's Villenviertel

Tastefully furnished apartment in Jena's villa district. Own entrance in the garden. Very quiet. Sunny. Close to the center. Beautiful surroundings. Friendly people. The apartment has a comfortable and uncomplicated leather sofa (140/200), on which you can not only sit well, but also sleep comfortably for two. A seating area in the garden invites you to linger. Cooking is not possible. A refrigerator, Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle and egg cooker are provided.

Vacation home in the countryside

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

The 1-room apartment (28 sqm) is located in the center of Jena, directly opposite the main university building. The central location allows short distances to culture, attractions, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands of recreation such as the Botanical Garden, the Saalestrand and the Paradiespark, which are easily accessible by a short walk. On request, a parking space can be rented for €6/day.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the castle and is located in the historic center of Weimar. The apartment has a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen. The guest apartment is located in the attic of a two-family house, about 1 km (about a 10–12-minute walk) from the city center. It has a separate entrance and includes everything you need to feel good. We provide one free parking space on the premises. Public transportation is right outside the door, and Paradiespark, Jena's Kernberge, and hiking trails are within minutes walking distance.
