Wir bieten in unserem liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus ein gemütliches, möbliertes und voll ausgestattetes Studio-Apartment, 42qm, 1. OG. Die Wohnung ist über einen separaten Zugang erreichbar. Kostenloser Parkplatz und Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Ruhige, zentrumsnahe Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, ideal für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Günstiger Autobahnanschluss A4/A9 Richtung Jena, Weimar, Leipzig, Halle und Erfurt.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

This guest apartment is located in the basement of our house. In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. If necessary, it is possible to charge your electric car with us. Please contact us about this BEFORE your arrival!

Die Gästewohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines 2-Familienhauses, ca. 1 km (ca. 10-12 Minuten Fußweg) vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sie besitzt einen separaten Eingang und beinhaltet alles, was Du/Ihr zum Wohlfühlen benötigen. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück stellen wir zur Verfügung. Die Nahverkehrsanbindung befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, der Paradiespark und Jena‘s Kernberge sowie Wanderwege sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Vacation home in the countryside

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

Aber auch zu den grünen Inseln der Erholung wie im Botanischen Garten, am Saalestrand und im Paradiespark, die durch einen kurzen Fußweg gut zu erreichen sind.
