With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. Vergiss deine Sorgen in dieser geräumigen, gemütlich eingerichteten Dachwohnung mit Blick auf Wald und Wiesen. Neben der komplett eingerichteten Küche gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, Waschmaschine und Gefriertruhe, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Klavier, einen Fernseher mit Blueray und eine Bücherecke. Desweiteren gibt es ein Arbeitszimmer (PC) mit kleinem Yogabereich und ein Wäschezimmer. Insgesamt finden 6 Menschen einen kuscheligen Schlafplatz. Es ist absolut ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. Die Gästewohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines 2-Familienhauses, ca. 1 km (ca. 10-12 Minuten Fußweg) vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sie besitzt einen separaten Eingang und beinhaltet alles, was Du/Ihr zum Wohlfühlen benötigen. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück stellen wir zur Verfügung. Die Nahverkehrsanbindung befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, der Paradiespark und Jena‘s Kernberge sowie Wanderwege sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.
