Our spacious 2-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the eastern center of Jena and is suitable for short- and long-term rentals. On the 3rd floor, a completely renovated apartment with high, fully equipped living comfort awaits you. In addition to a very spacious shower room, our apartment offers a comfortable living room. Here the sofa or another bed offers more sleeping options. In the separate bedroom, you can look forward to a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed and your own TV.

Sweet, cozy attic apartment with rustic flair, in Kahla at the foot of the Leuchtenburg. Ideal for 3-4 people. The bed in the 1st bedroom can be pulled out to 1.60 m. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things and the bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine in addition to the shower. The distance to the train station is ideal for train passengers. Doctors, pharmacies, bus and shopping facilities are approx. 5 minutes' walk away. There is a bakery right around the corner.

Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent my 34 m² 1.5-room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows the shortest routes to culture, sightseeing, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, on the Saale beach and in the Paradies Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the construction site nearby. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. Die Gästewohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines 2-Familienhauses, ca. 1 km (ca. 10-12 Minuten Fußweg) vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sie besitzt einen separaten Eingang und beinhaltet alles, was Du/Ihr zum Wohlfühlen benötigen. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück stellen wir zur Verfügung. Die Nahverkehrsanbindung befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, der Paradiespark und Jena‘s Kernberge sowie Wanderwege sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Vacation home in the countryside

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.
