This is a terrific apartment located in a quiet area with magnificent views over the mountain range. The Stahl family are very welcoming and friendly hosts even though we caused them some inconvenience as we locked ourselves out one day and forgot some of our belongings on checking out. Josef was so kind to call us to let us know! Their daughter Regina was very nice to welcome us on arrival and show us around. The apartment is super well equipped and brand new. Everything was so well organized and clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The apartment is also very well located with very easy access to the skiing area of Lofer and Heutal. The town of Unken also has a range of small businesses including a supermarket, excellent butcher and skiing rental that is more economical than in Lofer. We would warmly recommend this apartment and definitely consider coming back, perhaps also in summer, to make use more of the terrace and balcony.

Anna is highly responsible friendly kindly host and have lovely family. I spent a very peaceful and lovely winter vacation staying at Anna's house for about 3 months. And Kuchl is a beautiful and lovely town surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The hike is about 23 km to Salzburg, about 8 km to Hallein, and about 5 km to Golling from Kuchl town . There is nature mountain river forest….etc along the way that I really Love it. I had a peaceful and grateful holiday here and all in all it was great value for money and I will definitely be back. Nice, clean apartment. Nice location in the castle park. Pool is also a benefit, but the water is a little too cold for the kids. However, we enjoyed it very much overall. I will gladly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Trudy’s place! The room was cozy and clean, and Trudy was an amazing host – kind, helpful, and always available when we needed advice. She recommended beautiful hiking trails and gave us great tips on which lakes to visit and how to get there. She even lent us some kitchen equipment and shared a bit about herself, which made us feel really welcome. Communication was easy, and she spoke English very well. We are truly grateful for her kindness and hospitality – highly recommended!
