Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

What a lovely place. Spacious, well designed and has a lot to offer. Beautiful views and great amenities.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the host!

Robert is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He shared many helpful tips with us while we were there! We rented bikes from him to go to bled and bike around the lake.

We were very kindly received by Rosalind and her husband. The two were very warm and likeable hosts. The accommodation is in a quiet location and Munich or Starnberg are very easy to reach by train. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space in the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped. The staircase to the apartment is relatively steep and narrow, which was not a problem for us, but with children or elderly people, this could be an issue. All in all, the accommodation is a recommendation!

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

The stay with Margarete was very pleasant. She is a kind and helpful host. The accommodation is lovingly decorated and very clean. Only a freezer compartment and some kitchen utensils (peeler, grater, scissors) were missing. Overall, however, it was super nice and absolutely recommended. :)

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed Barbara's stay. Upon arrival, Barbara was ready to welcome us. The apartment had exactly what we needed and the surroundings were beautiful! Certainly subject to repetition.

We (3 adults + 1 child) felt very comfortable here. The apartment was very cozy and had everything you need. Absolutely quiet location. The host family was very friendly. Teisendorf is about 5 minutes away by car. A great location to head to various destinations in the region. We will be happy to come back!

This place is good for friend groups and for families as well! The Sauna is a realy great touch. We had a great time! This accomodation is one of the best i have stayed in!

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot as well as by bus (ski rental, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauerntherme, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are at the same time lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family.

Everything was well prepared. Communication and check-in went quickly and smoothly. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to do walks, bike rides and visit restaurants straight from the house. Jannis was a great communicator and always helpful when we had questions.

The stay was an absolute dream! The cottage was very tastefully and comfortably furnished - the view was magnificent. We felt very comfortable and welcome right from the beginning. Veronika gave us good recommendations and was very friendly. Our highlight: the fine guitar sounds that we were able to listen to in the morning. We will be happy to come back :)

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Conni and Georg's accommodation is simply fantastic! First of all, the two are great hosts, who are super helpful and friendly! We felt very welcome and can very well imagine going back to this great place! The holiday home is very high-quality and simply a great holiday oasis in the countryside! It was super clean and well maintained! Everything you need is in the house, be it towels and bed linen, but also everything you need in the kitchen. In general, it is very child-friendly! We just had a great time here! ❤️
