Apartment holiday rentals in Sa Pa

Beautiful house with 4 guest rooms on two floors outside the village on Tan Van. Location is great if you’re looking for a remote place. Amenities (restaurants, scooter rental, laundry,...) can all still be found within 100m radius. Host is responsive and helpful but not onsite. Employee very friendly but speaks little English. Only downside is that fellow guests did not realise how well everything can be heard across rooms and common areas. I recommend, would go back without a doubt.

It was a great deal to stay at this place. I stay at family room hotel with 2 bedrooms. It was feeling like home, full kitchen set, clean bathroom and complete amenities. They also provided laundry room to do our own laundry. I would gladly recommending this place to stay at Sa Pa. Since it is really near to all kinds of restaurants, cafe and city center.

The place was great for a family right at the centre of sapa walakable to each place I would definitely recommended this place to every one who comes here❤️❤️❤️

Large appartment with modern furnishings. The layout is a little strange with one large room containing three beds and a second bedroom on a corner where you cross a small ornamental rockery. An initial issue with an external smoking area with views directly into the living room and an occasional smoker was resolved after a day and no further problems. Cats in the downstairs reception area with sometimes some odour in reception, lift and upper floor, but the apartment was clean and had no smell. There are several apartment’s in the building which runs as an apartment hotel. Quiet room and good location with all services nearby. Washing machine is shared within the building, occasionally we had to wait for it to become free. Host was always helpful and quick to respond.

We cannot complain even about a single thing. We had at our disposal a very spacious apartment with two en suite bedrooms each of them for four people. There was a kitchen, dining room and laundry service available in the public space. Breakfast is included in the price and unlike other places in Vietnam there are ingredients to prepare something for yourself. We even had fresh pineapples. There is also an option to leave luggage in the lobby, which is extremely useful if you want to hike in the neighborhood of SaPa. Overall, great place, highly recommended.

From the very start they are very helpful to us as they were very responsive to us. the listing was exactly the same, it was clean and the view was amazing. They even have free water, foods and heater which is very helpful to us during cold nights. After checkout the staff/owner(not sure) even gave us a souvenir. Overall, I would definitely recommend them! Thanks guys!

The location made all the difference from choosing other Airbnb’s, as the apartment is right where the action is. Checking in was a breeze with the staff taking our luggage from the road and bringing it upstairs to our apartment. The apartment is very spacious with two big bedrooms (one containing the three beds and one in the other). It probably has the largest bathroom I have stayed at so far with Airbnb, with a large bath, open shower, double vanity basin and toilet. The water pressure was perfect and we never had any issues. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, to the extent that I really did not want to more on to our next location. I will be back for sure in the future. This is one place that should be in your top five of places to stay in Sapa.
