Il "Nido" is only 5 min away from the nearest beach by car, it's surrounded by vineyards, silence and peace; each room overlooks the main terrace with an open panorama on the gulf. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private parking and back terrace, you can enjoy a ravishing hot shower on the sunset. The builiding was renovated in Jan.2025 while kitchen and bedroom a few years ago in a simple and cosy style, in our house you're going to fill you up with BLUE, relax !

My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with children at least 10 years old). It is an apartment located on the 1st floor overlooking the beach of Porto Alabe, on the west coast of Sardinia, 7 km from Bosa. The house has two bedrooms, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. Street parking is always available. The place is quite peaceful and quiet. It is about 50 km from Alghero. It would be advisable to get there by car or motorcycle.

This is not an apartment designed to be rented. I recently renovated it in a contemporary style so that I can reserve some escapes from the routine in our beloved Porto Alabe with my wife. At the same time, I am proud to share that wonderful sunset view with people who, like me, love that light feeling of freedom and wonder. The house is a 375 years old building that has been just recently completely restored. It is located in the historical center of Bosa, 200m from Piazza Carmine, where you can park your car. It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
