We stayed at Kendra's house for two nights, but we wished we could have spent more time there. Kendra welcomed us as soon as we parked there, she showed us the house and our room and our private bathroom. Both were big and user comfortable. Kendra made us feel completely at home. She let us use the bicycles in the barn and also the kayaks. The location is breathtaking, on the lake: the sunset and the sunrise are wonderful. On Friday morning they made breakfast and we ate all together. On Saturday since our flight was really early Kendra woke up to say goodbye and she packed some lunch to go, it so super kind. Kendra and her family are the best hosts ever! I heartily recommend them.

She is quite a wonderful woman, very easy to talk and get along with. Kendra is a very giving woman and doesn't fall short of letting you have a pleasant stay. Incredibly intelligent, kind and adventurous.

Staying at Matt's place was beyond all expectations. From the moment of check in, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable in his home. The accommodations were beyond expectation... clean, well appointed, comfortable and spacious. We were in town attending a wedding in Greeley. It was me, my husband and our teenaged son staying in the basement space and we all had plenty of room and privacy. We appreciated all of the little extras, like having a mini fridge stocked with water bottles, the keurig coffee maker ready to go with all the coffee fixins, a microwave, wifi, and much more. They go above and beyond to make sure all of their tenants needs are met... they even let us borrow their ironing board and iron! This was the perfect home base for our wedding week/weekend. Beyond the accommodations though, is the reception and warmth you feel from Matt and his family. they are welcoming, kind, genuine and so gracious! We enjoyed many conversations amongst all of us and felt like we were part of the family by the end of the stay. If you are contemplating staying here, look no further. You've found the best place in all of Windsor/Greeley!!!

Matt and Jen are wonderful hosts, their home is very comfortable, and you'll have your privacy. We have stayed with them before and returned because we had such a great stay.

The hostess was extremely kind and accommodating. She was flexible with our schedule and very helpful with directions, and even had a very thorough and easy to follow printed list of instructions. She also had a list available for emergency numbers and local assistance as well as maps and a shopping guide in the room. We enjoyed getting to know her at breakfast which she provided, and even accommodated our special diet. My teen daughter remarked that she is "just the sweetest lady".

This house was a great place to stay and fitted our needs perfectly. The bedroom is upstairs and included a private bath and a sitting room with a pull out bed for our daughter to sleep in. Parking is available, with easy access to the house. Debbie was a very gracious and accommodating host. She provided a wide selection of breakfast food and tasty, strong coffee that we enjoyed during the morning, accompanied by great conversation. If we are ever in the Northern Colorado area again, Debbie's house would be our first choice to stay at!

My husband and adult son stayed in Debbie's home and it was perfect. We had a separate upstairs with a bath to ourselves and came and went as we pleased. Debbie was a gracious host and had breakfast for us which was a nice plus with everything we typically would eat. The bathroom had nice towels and shampoo and soap if needed. A very nice stay.

I so thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Martha! She was very conscientious about not intruding...she's such a delight I wanted to have more time to spend with her and just hanging out on her deck or on the bench by the lake. yes, her place is small but she made it work & was anxious for feedback. The high ceilings & windows give it an open/large feel. I came away feeling very pampered & cared for. She had local restaurant menus available & told of activities in the area that I might be interested in. Although I never had time to enjoy the walking path around the lake, it was always beckoning me. The 'museum' across the street would have been fun to explore if I could have found the time...another reason to go back!

The host was welcoming and I wish I had more time to hang out with her.

Martha,our host was terrific. I have been to many airbnb's and this was the only one with a real breakfast that I have experienced. Wonderful house with lots of windows and views and on Lake Windsor.. Walking trail around the lake.....Martha accommodated us with our particular breakfast needs which we didn't expect. Highly recommend this place!

Martha is an absolute sweetheart and her cottage is heavenly in every way. The neighborhood is quiet, and we loved the views of the lake and the mountains from the bedroom and balcony. The breakfasts Martha fixed us were delicious and beautifully served. We stayed for three nights and had a delightful time in Windsor. Martha truly has the gift of hospitality.

Even though we arrived late, Martha was there to meet us. She even offered to help carry in our luggage. She was an excellent hostess and made us feel welcome but also gave us plenty of space. It was a perfect balance.

After a short time we felt like we were staying with a valued family member. We were so happy to have found the Cozy cottage on Lake and Park.

This is the second trip that I have arranged with Byron for out of town employees in my department. Both gentlemen who stayed with him have done nothing but compliment the home and Byron. I have received requests to only stay in this rental from now on. The house is very clean, well organized and comfortable. Provides a great home away from home for a busy professional.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late, and Patrick and Annette made sure that we had directions and could easily arrive at the cottage. Since we arrived late, we took the morning easy and took our time leaving. It was just what we wanted!

What a nice, peaceful, and relaxing place to stay during my work week in Greeley. You wouldn't know that this valley was within 100 miles of a city/town. My son would have loved getting to know Oscar & Ziggy (pigs across the fenced backyard), and the baby chicks & turkeys in the small chicken coop. The beautiful horses, & miniature donkeys seemed to wave goodbye as I left the long driveway for work in the morning. I wish I had more time to stay on the farm, to learn about what Patrick and Annette have been doing with their horse program, and just enjoying this nice relaxing farm. The guest house was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed to make breakfast as I was getting ready for my work day. Annette & Patrick were great! They offered to show me around the farm, texted making sure I was good, & made me feel right at home. It really was the perfect place for me during my work week in Greeley. Next time I hope my wife & son will stay a night or two as well.

The cottage is just as described and Annette and Patrick were very welcoming. Great peaceful, private space to stay.

Marilyn and Mike were stellar hosts. They provided all of the amenities described and made my stay extra pleasant with snacks, drinks, a ride to the shuttle station, and just genuine kindness that inspires me to pay it forward.

Marilyn's house was absolutely lovely. She was not there, but her daughter let us in and showed us around. Everything we needed was there and it was a perfect place for our California road trip.

Michael was fantastic. I arrived at a totally different time than I had originally planned and he was very accommodating. The house is in a quiet but lovely residential neighbourhood. It is very clean, modern and comfortable, and I felt at home right away. Michael has a print out of all the details needed for the stay (wifi, who lives there, the area etc), but was also very willing to answer questions. I would highly recommend this spot to travellers!

After a short eighteen hour drive from San Diego to Windsor, Co we arrived to the quaint Pelican Lakes neighborhood. As we pulled in we were able to quickly find what would be our home for the next four nights. Parking was easily identified right in front of the home and well lit. As we entered the home our room was easily found from the hosts description as was a welcoming note describing the area and amenities. We settled in and met the hosts just awhile later who invited us to a local attraction just down the road. Thanks to all of their recommendations we ate well each night at various restaurants and even found a great place for our morning coffees. A very brief walk across the private street finds you on the shore of a calm picturesque lake with active fish and other wildlife enjoying the beautiful days. The home is located on the edge of existence giving beautiful views all around and a short drive to any of the areas attractions. Walking to a small convenience store, coffee/ice cream shop, liquor store, a gas station, or the local clubhouse made the stay convenient and tempting simply to stay nearby and walk everywhere. The clubhouse boasts a quaint restaurant and bar that is inviting and decorated to show off the local wildlife and activities. We came and went freely and never felt as though we were intruding, and as the hosts gathered in their home they never felt overbearing. Because of the nature of our trip we left early each day and arrived home late each night. The lights welcomed us back each evening as did the large comfortable bed. The room was large and comfortable enough to accommodate both of us and was decorated in a manner that made you feel like you were staying with family. The nearby restroom was spacious and provided hot water quickly as it poured from the powerful shower head. We left earlier than planned which happened to be late in the evening - and to no bother of the host except a gracious safe travels.

The area, the house and the hosts were amazing! My favorite part was walking across the street to the lake, which was essentially private every time we went. With code access to the house it makes entry convenient and you don't have to worry about a key! Room and bathroom are easily accessible and very nice. The home itself is gorgeous and you feel like a true co-habitant and at home. Mike and Melissa were very accommodating, and a pleasure to stay with. They gave us some great advice for food and drink. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Michael was the one who communicated with us through Airbnb, and he was very quick to answer our inquiry. He kept in touch with us to inform us about whether he would have just one night or two available for us to stay, which we appreciated greatly. His wife was the one who was actually home on the night we stayed. She is a friendly person who made us feel completely comfortable and "at home." They are used to having guests, currently housing a 4-H Exchange student from Scotland, who was also obviously enjoying the welcoming family atmosphere in the home. They have two sweet little dogs that are very much a part of the family. The guest bedroom that we used had a comfortable, soft but firm feel and gave us a restful night's sleep. The bed is a queen-size, I believe. We used the bar stools and kitchen counter top area to work on our laptop computer for awhile...the WI-Fi access in the house was good. The restroom adjoining our bedroom was clean and lovely. The Windsor community, although small, is ideally situated to Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley, Colorado. We had a choice of Thai, Mexican and American food, all of which came highly recommended by the residents. We ended up choosing to eat at the Community Clubhouse (American Food) and were pleasantly surprised with a gorgeous view of the sun setting over the Rockies...we ate out on the deck, and the sunset was mirrored in the lake. Just breathtaking. I highly recommend these Airbnb hosts for a pleasant stay with everything you need for a home away from home.

We were in Fort Collins for our daughter's softball tournament, and this place was the perfect fit for our family. It is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants with easy access to I-25. Riley was so easy to work with, and we very much appreciated his quick response to any questions that we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area.

The place is great! It's beautiful, very clean and neat and quiet. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked well supplied for cooking. Seems quite new and in excellent shape. Owner very easy to deal with.

The unit was clean, tastefully furnished, and well stocked with everything we needed and then some! We were very comfortable there for a week! Felt like home away from home!! Our stay was perfect. We were in town to visit family a short drive away, so we didn't spend much time in the room but it met all our needs: big comfy bed, good wifi, dark at night, quiet, clean, and a bathroom to ourselves.

Great stay in a friendly home

Bonnie and Emil were wonderful hosts in Fort Collins. Arrived very late at their home but Emil was there to welcome us even though it was past midnight. Very clean and spacious room in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Good hosts to connect with and the fact that they moved from the East Coast made it easier. Emil helped with the Rockies travel and though I personally didn't get a chance to meet with Bonnie, she was proactively reaching out and helping us as if we are their extended family. They even had some snacks and bottled water and the room had even a TV and a Fridge. The best stay i have taken till now and its value for money in anyway we look at it. I wish I could give them 7 Stars.

This was the best place for us. We came out for our daughter's graduation from CSU. This place accommodated our family perfectly and was easy to get to the school and to Old Town from here. I highly recommend this place!

This was such an awesome set up! Everything was impeccably clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is within 7 miles of CSU - making it a perfect location for the parent and alumni weekend we were in town for. I travel quite a bit for business and this would be a great corporate rental for someone who like myself that has stays for a couple weeks at a time- rather than a hotel. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and appreciate Gayle's quick responses to questions about everything.

This was a A+ experience. Gayle was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The neighborhood is beautiful, very family friendly and safe. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants and the expressway. I could not have been more delighted! The kitchen had everything I needed, the beds extremely comfortable and we even had a grill on the patio off the kitchen. Washer and dryer were a plus as we had been traveling and needed to do some laundry. I would absolutely recommend this home. For a relaxing stay!
