This bright and cozy apartment is perfect for shorter, as well as for mid-term stays (3-12 weeks), providing an ideal interim solution for those relocating to the Grafenwöhr area while searching for permanent housing. With a thoughtful layout that maximizes space, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults. Fully equipped with everything you need, it ensures a relaxing and hassle-free stay from start to finish.

Tiny apartment close to nature (heated and with hot water) integrated into a barn in the Vierseithof, surrounded by 6000 sqm of garden. The nearest hiking trail runs along the property line. Wooden e-bikes are optionally available for rent. Bed linens and towels may be brought along or can be rented from me for a fee of €20 per person. The key is at the entrance door for you so you can go in independently if I'm not home.
