Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. The bright, air-conditioned 3-room apartment is located on the second floor of a terraced house and is ideal for families or couples who want to visit Munich or Dachau, as well as for business travellers, fitters and commuters. The apartment offers 60 square metres of living space and is located in a quiet area. The S2 Vierkirchen S-Bahn station is only 100 metres from the house. There are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a petrol station and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Welcome to your cozy apartment in a quiet location with a large balcony. In the upper area, a bedroom for two people awaits you, in the living and dining area you can relax. If necessary, I will provide you with an inflatable bed, so up to four guests can be accommodated. You have a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and parking right outside the door. The S-Bahn train is a 15-minute walk away, the bus stop is almost directly by the house.

Wir vermieten ein helles Souterrain-Apartment in Hilgertshausen mit eigenem Eingang und Parkplatz. Es besteht aus einem großen Zimmer (ca. 30 qm) mit voll ausgestatteter moderner Küche und Schlafbereich. Zur Erholung nutzen Sie den großen Garten. Mit Bus und Bahn (Fahrten von 7 - 22 Uhr) erreichen Sie München Hbf in ca. 60 Minuten. Der Bus fährt wochentags stündlich, an Wochenend- und Feiertagen nur alle zwei Stunden nach Hilgertshausen.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.
