Particularly quiet thanks to triple-glazed windows. There are absolutely no animals in the apartment, but we have cats and 4 beehives in our garden.

You have a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and parking right outside the door. The S-Bahn train is a 15-minute walk away, the bus stop is almost directly by the house.

Wir vermieten ein helles Souterrain-Apartment in Hilgertshausen mit eigenem Eingang und Parkplatz. Es besteht aus einem großen Zimmer (ca. 30 qm) mit voll ausgestatteter moderner Küche und Schlafbereich. Zur Erholung nutzen Sie den großen Garten. Mit Bus und Bahn (Fahrten von 7 - 22 Uhr) erreichen Sie München Hbf in ca. 60 Minuten. Der Bus fährt wochentags stündlich, an Wochenend- und Feiertagen nur alle zwei Stunden nach Hilgertshausen.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.
