Lovely, well-appointed apartment SUITABLE FOR ONE PERSON OR A COUPLE. Driveway and private entrance. ADA compliant for wheelchairs. Direct TV in bedroom and living room-includes HBO & dozens of channels. Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, cooking plate ( skillet and saucepan) Keurig coffee maker. Located behind our house but plenty of privacy. 3 miles from the square and university. 2-night minimum on football game weekends, Double-Decker Weekend in April and UM commencement.

Comfortable Charming Old Home

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home was built in 1910 and displays many remembrances from that time, featuring the architectural arches in the living room/ parlor, the claw bathtub in the bathroom and the high ceilings throughout the home. Take a few minutes and walk downtown to Water Valley to check out the Casey Jones Railroad Museum or visit the quaint Magnolia Coffee Shop (wonderful chai tea!) and Turnage Drug store. Also, just 30 minutes from Oxford MS.

Quiet cabin near Enid Lake

Come get lost in nature at this cabin near Enid Lake. Located less than a mile from George P Cossar State Park (they have a putt putt golf course!) and Enid Lake. There are several boat ramps within a few miles and we have plenty of driveway to park your boat overnight. Activities like hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting and much more should give you plenty enough to do. Surrounding areas: Batesville, MS - 20min Grenada, MS - 20min Oxford, MS - 45min Memphis, TN - 1h 12m Tunica, MS - 1h 16m
