Approximately 1 km to Trosa sea bath and 800 meters to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent upstairs which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two terraces and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.
