La maison de 100 m² offre une piscine hors sol et une grande terrasse avec barbecue, parfaite pour partager de beaux moments d’été. La maison se transforme en cocon pour les couples en hiver !

Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

No one-size-fits-all decor, but restored furniture, paintings or DIY items, and a cat to cuddle. 10 minutes from Perpignan, 20 minutes from beaches and Spain, 50 minutes from the mountains with all shops nearby. Spa only in summer (JT/August) (unless there are administrative water restrictions due to drought). Weekly rentals (JT/AT) or by request. Contact for dates/rates.

SAINT-FELIU-D'AMONT is a small peaceful village near Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d'Illes, and beautiful hiking places. 30 min from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hour from the mountains. A main room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle. The living room has a very comfortable 160 cm sofa bed. You will have a bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided for one bed, extra €10 for extra linens. Household products are provided.

The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
