Alan was such a lovey bloke. He went above and beyond his role as host. I had a nightmare journey down which involved countless broken down trains and also a blocked railway line. Alan was in contact throughout all of this and even drove to pick me up from a station further away to ease the journey. The room was very homely and included a secluded office space with multiple books which I made good use of. Overall this was the perfect stay and will definitely be staying again!

Stayed again at – what will be – my regular bolt hole for monthly visits to our Fareham office. A very short walk from the station and not much further to a few decent local pubs. Alan is a great guy and very welcoming. Looking forward to staying again!

Great place to stay for a work visit, 5 min drive to business parks (Whitely, Segensworth). The accommodation has a feeling of home. The host is very friendly and caring. Excellent kitchen, the whole place is spotless. Parking space is a bonus. Will definetely stay again.

Would highly recommend this cottage. Trip was made very easy for a colleague and I on a short business trip. The cottage had all the necessary essentials and is walking distance to several pub/restaurants. The small village to which the cottage is situated has quite a bit of history as well, so there is plenty to see.

Cute cottage in a lovely little village. The parking is not private, it's on street which turned out to be ok. Hosts very nice, included care package of bread and milk which was nice. House could be a little cleaner.

Great little cottage! We were visiting relatives nearby and had flown in from Perth, Australia on our check in day . . The hosts were really kind to let us have access to the property a few hours early to enable us to have a snooze after our long travel. Lovely quiet location, comfortable beds, functional kitchen & bathroom. We may well stay again on future UK trips.

We were only in Titchfield for one night, but it was a really pleasant stay at Lisa's cottage. It was a relatively late booking, but the communication with Lisa was brilliant. Clear and concise instructions for the location and arrival process. The cottage itself is really quaint and homely with all the mod cons and had a very nice feel about it and Lisa and Carl really put the effort in to make it Christmassy, I wish we could've actually spared a few more days!! Leaving some provisions for breakfast was a really nice touch, and the beds were very comfortable. Titchfield itself is a lovely traditional English village with quite a few pubs in a fairly small area, well worth a visit. I highly recommend Lisa's cottage and would love to visit again. I immensely enjoyed staying at this cozy place on the Frog Lane street. Lisa is a very friendly and welcoming host, it was a pleasure to talk with her about local places of interest. I highly recommend staying at this place for anyone who wants to visit southern parts of Hampshire for work or tourism.

Comfortable bed, clean room and house. Left to use of room most of the time so shared bathroom and kitchen is no problem. Street parking in quiet cul de sacs close to the house. Easy access to Warsash, Hamble etc and A27 to East and West. Helpful young couple.

Kathryn and Patrick have a lovely house quite close to Warsash area. The room is comfortable, well furnished and very airy with good shared bathroom facilities. Kathryn was very quick to reply to any of my questions. It was lovely to meet Patrick on my arrival who was very friendly and chatty, instantly making me feel at home. This was a wonderful location for our short three day trip, the chalet is beautiful and Linda was a great host who answered my questions very quickly. We will definitely be going back and recommending it to friends and family.

Linda was very responsive and provided us very quickly all the information we have requested. She planned a small basket of welcome for children and a small gift on the theme of peppa pig, of the amusement park that we would see. The view from the chalet was beautiful.

Beautiful home overlooking a lovely large grass area and the water and right on the beach. Great location for access to Portsmouth, New Forest, Isle of Wight etc. We'll be coming again.

We had a fantastic time! The chalet is very well equipped and is in a lovely setting. It was perfect for our toddler and very spacious. We had lovely evenings watching the boats and walking on the pebble beach.

Linda's beachside holiday home is the perfect place to relax. It is quiet and peaceful. The club house is only a five minute walk and we were made to feel welcome. This is my first experience of booking on airbnb and because of the lovely no hassle time we had, I will look into booking again for another trip and defiantly would revisit Linda's beachside holiday home.

Can't say thank you to Linda enough. We stayed at the chalet for nearly two months while we are in between selling and buying a house and Linda and the chalet were both amazing. The chalet itself is cosy and sweet but the four of us (two adults and two kids, 1 years and 7years old) we had more than enough space. The views are amazing and you never tire of them, watching the cruise ships at night is a particularly spectacular sight. Plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around,literally the only negative is some of the residents there are a little unfriendly so make sure not to wander onto other chalets grass and you'll be fine haha. The on site launderette was really handy and so was the little shop. All in all Linda turned a very stressful time for us into a long extended holiday and it was great and her communication has been really kind and thoughtful from start to finish. Thank you!

Linda made us feel very welcome and the big bar of cadburys whole nut that she left for us went down a treat! The views from the chalet were amazing and so relaxing. The best part of our stay was in the evening when the kids were in bed and we enjoyed a glass a wine on the chairs outside whilst listening to the sea and watching ships sail by..priceless...was sad to be leaving.

The accommodation is of a satisfactory standard and worked well for our short stay. There were numerous suggestions about where to explore nearby. Linda was extremely helpful and contactable at most times of the day. Little bit difficult to find and I think the property could do from a refurb in some areas. Linda, however, left us a very nice welcoming basket of Chocolate, Wine etc. All in all the best part about this property was the service offered to guests.

A lovely modern house with large bedrooms, just as pictured. Pam is most welcoming and always happy to help. Coming back to a cleaned room an made bed each day was great. The house is very conveniently located a short walk from Waitrose and other shops.

The second time I've stayed at Pam's while I've been studying, its very easy to get from the location to Warsash, it's quiet and has everything needed for revision and work.

Had a great time staying this weekend. The weather was great so we sat by the pool with the dogs and were offered a glass of wine! We were heading out to a friends birthday and Sue generously offered us a lift, along with the house keys so we could check out anytime the next morning. This is a spacious and comfortable apartment. Good access to facilities and local places to visit. Easy to find with good parking. I was working but went down to Lee on Solent for an evening stroll, a refreshing break in the routine!

We stayed at Susan's place to visit my brother who lives in the area. It's in a great location, very close to the train station. It's a self contained apartment and Susan provides everything you will ever dream of needing for a short stay. Very good value for money. I will definitely stay here again and I've already recommended it to other family members.

A lovely place to stay, nothing to complain about! Really spacious and clean - for such a reasonable price we really weren't expecting as much as we got! Great value for money, would definitely love to stay again! There is plenty to do around the local area, it only took us about 15 minutes to drive to Lee-on-the-Solent beach for an evening walk! And there's plenty of choice in the local area for eating out - or the kitchen has all the equipment to make a home cooked dinner and there is a Tesco's not too far away to stock up the fridge. A high attention to detail has been put into the apartment, and it really felt like a home away from home!

An amazing property. Well worth reading up on the history of this beautiful building. Ideally placed if visiting Portsmouth and Southampton. We stayed whilst visiting my wife's family nearby. Will definitely book up again when we stay over again!

I enjoyed staying at Steve's AirBnB. The house was easy to find and a perfect location for what I needed. There were amenities close by and the room was clean and simple, with useful information about the local area, wifi code, etc. I felt very welcome and I slept like a log! Steve is a lovely chap and a great AirBnB host. The dogs were delightful too! I would be happy to recommend Steve's place to other AirBnB users :-)

My trip to Southampton was my first Airbnb experience and it was absolutely superb! Steve was very friendly, everything was ok.

I had a very pleasant stay in this place, it's clean and smell good, i slept very well in this room. I was feeling like at home, and the place it's perfect to visit the area with the train, it's easy and the train station is at 10 min by foot. There are a lots of restaurants around Steve's home and 2 supermarkets, it's perfect when you don't have a car. It was a very good experience because of the kindness of Steve.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Magic Cottage. We received a warm welcome from Zoe who was around if needed. Accommodation was as cosy and colourful as expected and it suited our needs perfectly. Not appropriate if cordon bleu meals are required but BBQ on the deck if needed. As we were down south meeting friends we didn't need to prepare food at all. A lovely experience and to be recommended. Quiet and cosy.

Arrived at the cottage a little early. Zoe's husband showed us the property and explained everything. Very nice accommodation, ideal location for our trip. Very quiet and well setup. Would recommend for anyone visiting the New Forest area and/or Portsmouth.

A quiet,scenic little spot that was made even nicer by the beautiful garden and hammock to allow us to fully enjoy the sunny weather. It is quiet and a real break from city life if that's what your looking for!

Stayed a couple nights on a quick trip down south-ish. The cottage had everything we needed and the BBQ was great for cooking breakfast on. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to do the same. If it were summer, we would have definitely went kite surfing as well. The ferries are a short car drive away and we parked in Gosport and went to Portsmouth and Isle of White. Ferries run very often and there was plenty options for food, not to mention places to explore as well. The Co-Operative super markets have great food for cooking in as well. Thanks Zoe!

The Magic Cottage is a gorgeous wood cabin in a very private spot at the bottom of Zoe's garden. It's got all you need for a short stay and a huge comfortable bed. Zoe was quick to respond and very friendly when I met her and her family. Thoroughly recommend and less than 10 minutes to the beach

The house is great, we had all we needed and felt very comfortable. Luisa was always easy to contact to help us if we needed anything. We will surely come back!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Luisa's house. The house is spacious and located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Everything in the house is very nice and we seriously don't have a singe complaint. We'd absolutely recommend staying at this house. Luisa and Michael came over one day to put together a picnic table, so we could eat outside if we wanted to, and they were so lovely and great to talk to - they're really nice people.

Luisa is very friendly and courteous. She prepared a great written description of the house and the leisure opportunities in Warsash and the region. She was still willing to answer all our questions spontaneously. The house is very lovely, with modern furniture, absolutely clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about. We've spend a great time and hope to come back for longer to have more opportunities to discover the wonderful country.

The host was out of town when we arrived but they made more than adequate provision for our arrival even leaving a cake and milk and other provisions.Their information manual provided very comprehensive instructions as well as places of interest and charming local eating spots and pubs to try. Their home is spotless and well equiped and everything works! Beds are comfy, sheets were clean and heating throughout the house. Spacious lounge , ample kitchen and bathroom and water pressure very good. We felt very much at home. Everything is described exactly as advertised. Quiet, civilized friendly neighbourhood and when we got to meet Luisa and Michael when they arrived back, they were such lovely, considerate and kind people and wondeful to chat to!

Luisa's house in Portsmouth is delightful. We arrived in the evening on a cold wet day, and stepped into warm centrally heated comfort. Our whole family (two adults, four kids) loved it, and wished we could have stayed longer. The furnishings all seem so new. The towels and bedding provided were all lovely and colourful. The garden is so pretty, with a sunroom looking out on it. Even better than the pictures show.

This was a nice, neat home with all the amenities you will need to have a pleasant stay. No problems at all.

Luisa (our host) was really nice with us when we arrived. The house is great, it is surrounded by a very quiet neighborhood and it is ideally located to visit the south of England. The nice garden is a also a joy when you need to rest after a long day of visits. We do recommend spending a day 'or 2) on the isle o Wight and a full day in the old town of Salisbury (the cathedral is a must see !)

I have been staying for two weeks with Lyn and Lee, and I couldn't be more grateful. They made me feel like at home, everything I needed, but with lots of privacy, a huge bed room with an even bigger desk, ideal for students. I would highly recommend it and I will be back for the rest of my studies.

It's an absolutely stunning house but which also feels as inviting as a real family home. My son stayed for 4 nights, his room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely en-suit and was all spotlessly clean. Lyn is a truly lovely, friendly host who made him feel so welcome. The location is central to many ammeneties, Lyn kindly offered him the use of a bike but he preffered to walk as many facilities are just a short walk away. We will not hesitate to book this wonderful place again should our son or ourselves visit the area.

The house itself is clean and well laid out, while being a little bit away from Warsash college is still within easy walking distance and a lovely route.
