Set in the heart of Swansea marina with a 30 second walk to the beach. A perfect little bolt hole with a luxury bedroom extra large bathroom and utility kitchen room. Please note there is no living room. This one bedroom flat takes up the ground floor of a large town house. Rear entrance with a security code for your convenience. This will be great for a quick get away or someone who doesn't wish to spend long periods at the premises. Though everything is provided TV , luxury bedding with brand new double bed and linen. Teas coffee and milk will be provide with luxury hand soaps and hand cream. A free parking spot is also provided. We will Promise this to be the cleanest and most convenient for local bars restaurants, beach and the city centre which is a 10 minute walk away. Perfect for a cheap night away for the busy couple who are looking to sleep in comfort.
