Modern 2 bedroom apartment, both with double beds, wardrobes and chests of drawers. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen which has a corner double sofa and separate chair, dining table with 4 chairs and side tables. The kitchen area comes with fitted oven with hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and washing machine. A microwave, toaster and kettle are also included along with the cutlery and crockery. All bedding supplied along with towels and various other essentials. There are some basics also including bread, milk and teas and coffee. Now with free WIFI connection included.
Within approximately half a mile of Boscombe pier and the sandy beaches this is an ideal location for a relaxing sea side break. Shops are within a couple of minutes walk and a very popular restaurant is located directly opposite with many other places to eat close by. There are plenty of local supermarkets and high street shops within a few minutes walk of the apartment along with lots of local restaurants and a variety of take aways too. The seafront and Bournemouth town centre are 5-10 minutes away by bus/car with lots to see and day/night entertainment. Bournemouth has some great events including the Wheels festival and the famous 4 day air show. Firework displays from the piers take place during various times of the year also. A wide variety of restaurants and evening entertainment are available in Bournemouth. The Jurassic coast is within easy reach and if you don't have your own transport, bus tours can be taken from Bournemouth to make sure you don't miss out on the spectacular coast line. The beautiful New Forest is a welcome contrast for when the sun bathing gets too much only half an hour away with its tranquil pubs and wild ponies.

    This amazing beachfront house on Sandbanks Peninsula is very cool, quirky and spacious. It is suitable for families/friend groups wanting to have fun on the beach/water or explore Dorset. It is one of a handful of properties that has direct access onto the beach at the back, and to Poole Harbour at the front. It has gorgeous views of Brownsea Island, Studland, Old Harry's Rocks and IofW from the house and garden. All rooms (bar bunk rooms) can be made into super kings instead of two singles.
    The house is situated on the Sandbanks Peninsula with direct access at the back of the garden onto the beach and to Poole Harbour at the front of the house. The sunsets over the Harbour are completely sublime and have to be seen to be believed. The fantastic firework displays on Poole Quay can be watched from the comfort of the dining room! There are amazing views from every room in the house - and almost has the feeling of being in a boat. It is the ONLY house that is let for holidays on this stretch so it is unique. It is deceptively large (approx 4000 square feet internally) so there is plenty of room for everyone - especially as the lounge and games room allow for two completely separate areas to relax and have fun in. The property also benefits from a huge garden that is approx 50 metres long with amazing views to Old Harry's rocks and the Isle of Wight. There is also parking for 5 cars at the front of the house. This saves on parking charges! Everyone who has visited Sandbanks knows this house - it was the first modern house built on the peninsula when it was still a literal sandbank. It won the house of the year award in 1974 for its innovative architecture - being cantilevered and made of concrete and glass. It is definitely one of a kind! It is a lovely quirky house to have fun in. It has a great fun interior - we call it the "Happy House"! The house is located next door to The Watersports Academy which is fantastic for watersports activities, paddle board, bicycle and boat hire. We host a wide range of guests at the property. These include family/friendship group holidays and celebrations, Bournemouth graduation events and pre-marriage celebrations. We have also hosted business groups for team building activities and meetings. It is a fantastic choice for those visiting Dorset from the UK or abroad (15 minutes from Bournemouth International airport) who wish to explore the beautiful Dorset coast and countryside. The property is the perfect place to start your exploration of beautiful Poole Harbour, Bournemouth beach and Jurassic coast. Bournemouth beach is the only UK beach to be awarded one of the "World's Best" by travellers on Trip Advisor. The beach house is also only 30/40 minutes to Jurassic highlights such as Lulworth cove, Chapman's Pool and Kimmeridge. The house is only 20 minutes from the charming New Forest with its gorgeous country pubs and New Forest ponies. The house offers a holiday that can combine so many different elements that make an amazing and memorable trip with so much to do both at the house and in the surrounding area. The house itself is such a relaxing place to be with beautiful views that many guests do not leave the house and immediate surrounding area for the duration of their stay - so no need to use the car at all! Top Floor - The top floor has five bedrooms. There is one further bedroom and also games room that are used for sleeping accommodation on the ground floor (please see below). Bedroom 1 - is a beautiful large bedroom with the most amazing views of Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island. It is really light and spacious room. The bedroom can be set up either as two singles or a superking bed. There are two armchair sofa beds which can be made up as two singles. This room can sleep 4. Bedroom 2 - this room also has wonderful views over the Harbour. It can be made up as two singles or a superking. There is an armchair sofa bed which can be used as a single. This room can sleep 3. Bedroom 3 - this is a bunk bed room which has harbour glimpses. The bunk beds are suitable for adults. This room can sleep 2. Bedroom 4 - this is a very large and light room which has amazing views, both of the harbour to the side of the house and the beach at the back of the house. This room can be set up as two singles or a superking. There are also two arm chair sofa beds that can be used as two singles. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. This room can sleep 4. Bedroom 5- bunk room with views of the harbour. The bunk beds can sleep adults. This is annexed off Bedroom 4 so makes it very suitable for use as a family room or for a group of friends. This room can sleep 2. There is also a well appointed shower room on the top floor. Middle Floor - The middle floor is an amazing open plan living and dining space which is great for entertaining. The living area has a huge, deep sofa which is perfect for reclining on to watch a movie or listen to music. There is a Bang and Olufsen TV system on this floor with Apple TV with access to over 200 films downloaded (mainly children's movies!) Netflix can also be played through this TV. The kitchen and dining room (breakfast bar) are designed to seat a large group. There are two table extensions available in order to seat 20 people at the dining table. It is a wonderful place to sit and watch the sunsets over the harbour which will take your breath away. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking for large number. There is an electric range oven with 3 ovens and 5 induction rings. There are two fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. there is crockery, cutlery and glassware for 22 people. The kitchen has been designed to make things as easy as possible for a relaxing stay. Bottom Floor - The bottom floor has one bedroom Bedroom 6 - this can be set up as two single beds or a superking. It has views of the harbour. It is a very quirky round room. The large private 'games room' has table football, three sofas a TV (with netflix and sega mega drive games console), fridge freezer, stereo system and also decks. There is direct access to the garden through double doors from the games room. It is a fantastic room with amazing graffiti wall art. The two sofa beds can be used to sleep 2/4 people. Two additional floor mattresses can be added to the games room too. The utility room is also on this floor with a shower room and washer and dryer. The house has been designed to have fun for family/friendship groups. It can sleep a maximum of 21 people. If you are more than 16 guests there is a small additional charge over 16 guests - please state the number of people you wish to stay clearly at the point of booking. Garden - The outside space at the back of the house is decked with a large seating area. There is a gas BBQ available for use. The garden has been astro turfed and has a giant sandpit called "shark island" for children (and adults) to have fun in! There is a large storage area which has lots of fun beach/water activities including paddle boards, buckets and spades, balls etc. There is also a Table tennis table in the garden. The garden is secure at the front and back with a locked/coded gate. It is a fabulous location and the interior is completely different to what is expected!! It really is an amazing house that you will find very difficult to leave! Infants - There are two high chairs and travel cots at the property. There is a stair gate for the middle floor. For hosting groups I am happy to help with booking/organising activities at the house. For example - - A "beauty" day can be organised at the house with massage therapists, beauty therapists and hairdressers. This is a fun activity for all women groups who may be planning on going out for the evening! - Pilates / yoga instruction - Live art classes - Outside caterers - Cocktail classes I am also happy to help organise / book activities off site, for example - - Water sports activities - Golf days/lessons - Clay pigeon shooting - Taxi/coach bookings There is so much to do in the house and in the local area! There is ample parking for at least 5/6 cars. EVERYBODY loves it here!
    The area is unique as it has access to the water on two sides - Harbour and beach. Sandbanks is probably one of the best known stretches of beach in the UK.
  • The beach house is incredible! We have just returns from an amazing weekend staying here. The stylish interior, amazing views and cleanliness was far more than we ever imagined, it certainly made our weekend one to remember. The location is stunning with views out of almost every window onto the beach or harbour it made our stay feel so relaxing. From start to finish Sarah’s communication, Help and advice was amazing. We would certainly recommend this house to anyone.

  • Don’t know where to start with how fantastic this stay was. Sarah was informative and helpful from the get-go with quick responses and fantastic recommendations for local business’. The house is absolutely stunning; it was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a weekend away with family and friends. It was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated with Christmas decks! Sarah was so, so helpful when we couldn’t work the swanky TV and was so easy to get into contact with. The views are stunning and being on the beach made it all the much better. Would recommend to anyone and everyone wanting a weekend away with family and we sincerely hope to stay at Sandbanks again!

    The space is a character Victorian flat giving a sense of spaciousness and charm. Both rooms have large bay windows overlooking the front garden area. The kitchen/diner area is fully fitted with oven, microwave etc and a breakfast bar to enjoy meals together. The lounge area has TV, 3 seater sofa and comfy arm chair to sit and relax after a full day of sightseeing. The bedroom has a comfy double bed with postrapedic mattress, and fully fitted ensuite shower room. **please note - there is no permitted parking on the drive because it is owned by the flat upstairs. There is plentiful free parking along Iddesleigh rd 24hrs a day.
    The accommodation is a minute's walk from Charminster high street, home to great restaurants and take-aways. It is also close to the main train station, Bournemouth town centre, beautiful beaches, and the Jurassic coast.

  • Wonderful flat with easy access to transportation and nearby grocery, coffee, and cafes. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The flat was very stylish and had many interesting features. It was impeccably clean and the towels were nice and thick just the way we like them. The large bay windows and high ceilings make the flat feel spacious and roomy despite its compact size. Melanie communicated with us prior to our stay, after our arrival, and on our check-out day. She made it clear she was available to assist us even though she was out of town during our stay. She had great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. We recommend this flat for a lovely stay in Bournemouth!

    This is a wonderful part of Poole and just great for the kids as you have a big play park across the road with a great safe beach, there is a cafe and water sports venue, free tennis court, kids splash pool, and it has the most impressive sun sets. You can see all Poole Harbour islands from your holiday home and watch people enjoying themselves on the beach and park. It's just everything you need,all in one place, also great public house, the yachtsman , walking distance 5 mins away, Poole town is easy to get to via the coastal path across the road. Sandbanks and Rick Steins restaurant 3 miles away. Always something going on on the quay 20 mins walk.
  • We had a great time staying in this house. We had four young kids with us and it was really well set up for them and very safe. And then had lots for the adults as well! The location was brilliant - so nice to be right by the harbour. We’ll definitely go back to make the most of the kayaks and bikes... When the weather is a bit warmer!!

  • We came to Dave's house for a well deserved girls weekend. The communal space was perfect for our stay and the house had lots of room for us to spill out into. We will definitely love to stay again. Dave was very concerned that we told him if anyone had become ill during the stay so that he could inform the cleaners to complete a deep clean so that future guests could rest assured that they were not being exposed to the virus.

    Acton Studio is perfect for walkers as we are on the South West Coast Path, ideal for those wanting to get back to nature and unwind as we are off the beaten track.
    Acton Studio is a recently converted compact purbeck stone outbuilding with double bed, wet room and kitchenette with table and stools. The kitchenette has an electric oven, hob, fridge, sink, kettle, toaster and essential kitchen items. Dorset tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. The studio is located at the bottom of our rear garden, the studio has it's own private garden. There is parking but it is not adjacent to the property. Sit in the enclosed garden on a summer evening after a long hike relaxing with a beer or glass of wine. On a clear night and with no street lights you can gaze up at a sky full of stars.
    Acton is a small tranquil hamlet of around forty Purbeck stone cottages with unmade roads throughout. There is two pubs within walking distance. The King's Arms in Langton Matravers (25 minutes) and the Square and Compass in Worth Matravers (30 minutes). The Square and Compass only serves pies and pasties. A couple of minutes in the car and you reach The Scott Arms in Kingston then a little further The Castle Inn and The Greyhound in Corfe Castle. The nearest shop is in Langton Matravers ( a twenty five minute walk) but please check that they are open. There are Coop and Budgen supermarkets in Swanage and lots of smaller shops (a ten minute drive). We are surrounded by fields, some with cows and sheep and we are located on the South West Coast Path incorporating breath-taking views. We are lucky to live in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, home to many rare plants and animals. The Purbeck coastline is part of the ninety-five mile stretch known as the 'Jurassic Coast', named England’s first natural world heritage site in 2002 because of the unique insight it offers into 185 million years of the Earth’s history.

    2 bedroom Ground Floor apartment with double beds. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and chests of drawers. The kitchen area comes with fitted oven with hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A microwave, toaster and kettle are also included along with the cutlery and crockery.     Within approximately half a mile of Boscombe pier and the sandy beaches this is an ideal location for a relaxing sea side break. Shops are within a couple of minutes walk and a very popular restaurant is located directly opposite with many other places to eat close by. There are plenty of local supermarkets and high street shops within a few minutes walk of the apartment along with lots of local restaurants and a variety of take aways too. The seafront and Bournemouth town centre are 5-10 minutes away by bus/car with lots to see and day/night entertainment. Bournemouth has some great events including the Wheels festival and the famous 4 day air show. Firework displays from the piers take place during various times of the year also. A wide variety of restaurants and evening entertainment are available in Bournemouth. The Jurassic coast is within easy reach and if you don't have your own transport, bus tours can be taken from Bournemouth to make sure you don't miss out on the spectacular coast line. The beautiful New Forest is a welcome contrast for when the sun bathing gets too much only half an hour away with its tranquil pubs and wild ponies.

    The Annexe is 3 minute drive from Poole ferry terminal. Poole Quay is a short drive or 20 minute walk. Public transport is also available, bus stop 2 minute walk and train stations, Poole & Hamworthy, are close by. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, croissants, milk, cereals, butter and a selection of jams. There is Now TV available and Wifi. The Annexe is situated within our garden but has separate access. Parking is available on our driveway.
    We offer a lovely light annexe space which includes an open plan kitchen/bedroom/living space and a separate shower room. Washing machine and tumble drier use is included as well as ironing facilities. There is a TV with a Now TV box offering movies, box sets and more...The kitchen area has a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge. Washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron. Please note that there is no oven.
    Poole ferry terminal is just a 3 minute drive. We are a short walk away from Hamworthy Park which has a lovely little beach, big field and fantastic paddling pool and play area next to the cafe. Lake Pier is just up the road and is a beautiful little walk and beach area. Poole Quay is 5 minutes by car and has a large choice of pubs and restaurants as well as a beautiful marina area where you can admire some spectacular locally built Sunseekers. The fabulous purbeck coast is around a 30 minute drive away which includes the beautiful Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Kimmeridge... These areas are well worth a visit...

Not that grocery shopping is needed: the kitchenette is already stocked with lovely bread and croissants, plus a choice of breakfast cereals. The decor is beautiful, with a definite coastal feel, and the entire apartment is cosy, sparklingly clean and casually stylish. It really does feel like a second home rather than an overnight stay.

    Shepherd hut suitable for 2 people. Nice pine wooden interior with a wood burner.. Good quality double mattress with duvet, pillows and linen included. Access to toilets & hot water. Unfortunately we do not have shower facilities On request use of BBQ or fire pit. I will provide you with tea/coffee/ & flask of hot water, either night before or in the morning or camping stove & kettle. Some days may be self check in, please keep me posted on time of arrival, especially if after 7pm.
    Shepherds hut is situated in our Tearooms yard. Tearooms is open daily until 5pm. After 5pm the yard is closed to the public. Tearooms close for winter beginning of October. Use of BBQ , just bring your own charcoal. Our farm is 5 minutes walk from the village shop, local pub , church and beaches . ( cold water shower at middle beach) Beautiful area for walking. A very popular walk is to Old Harry Rocks & Ballard Down to Swanage. Bus stop to Swanage & Bournemouth only 5 minutes walk

    Little Oddity Annex is bright and cosy accommodating two guests. Until recently,It was part of our cottage next door and is believed to have been built with stone from the Castle ruins It is now a separate self- contained unit with its own entrance. There is a small grass area outside the annex door with garden furniture and a barbecue for guests to use. Parking for one car is off road next to the annex It is a short walk to Corfe village, the Castle ruins, Church, shops and Steam railway

    This little studio is lovely and bright with it's own entrance. It has a small kitchenette and a shower room. It can be set up as a double or twin. There is a garden for your use which has stunning views of the hills and bay. It's close to the coastal path for wonderful walking opportunities and is just 0.8 mile/15 min walk, to the seafront/centre. Kitchenette has microwave,kettle, toaster, very small fridge, teas, coffee, milk, bread, preserves and cereals. Parking is on the road and plentiful
    The studio is brick built and is completely self contained with its own entrance. It is light and bright, with a lovely view across to the purbeck ridgeway and the sea, when standing. The bedroom area measures approx 3.5x3.5 mtrs with a separate kitchenette and shower room. It should be noted that the ceiling slopes from 2.1 mtrs (6ft 9) at the front, to 1.9 mtrs (6ft 2) at the back. The bedroom and shower room have heating. I am told that the bed is extremely comfortable. It's a 5' 2" king size that can be split into two 2' 6" singles for twin occupancy. A fold up table and chairs is provided for you to dine in the bedroom. There is covered storage for bikes etc,and for walkers/cyclists to hang waterproofs to dry( please ask when you arrive). A launderette is just a few minutes away by foot. Please note that the fridge is only for bare essentials, as it is only about 18 inches square.
    I am situated on the Jurrasic coast which is a World heritage site with walks along the coast plus the Purbeck Ridgeway, which affords stunning views over Poole Harbour on one side, the Purbeck Valley to the other, with Corfe Castle on the route. From my place it's easy to get onto the coast path (20 mins walk) and I'm also situated on the Priests Way which is a lovely 3.5 mile walk or cycle to the pretty village of Worth Matravers, with a superb vintage tea/ lunch /supper room the legendary Square and Compass pub(look it up) . The path has been recently resurfaced with loose stone so is accessible all year round. Most of the costal area is open access, so there are many other lovely walks from your door, including a walk through Dorset Wildlife Trust's Townsend Reserve, through to Dorset County Councils, Durlston Country Park and lots of National Trust Land. A few mins walk away is a caravan park with a bar and swimming pool for public use. There is a lovely safe beach in the town with easy access to the shops and eateries. within a short walk to there is a more secluded/ quieter beach, (north beach). The beach has again been awarded the coveted blue star for water quality in 2019 and North Beach is listed in the top 5 best beaches of Dorset . There are opportunities here to enjoy water and land sports such as kayaking, paddle boarding, coasteering, climbing etc. The RSBP nature reserve of Arne is nearby which was the location for the BBC's 2016/2017 Autumn Watch and Winter Watch highlighting its significant importance for wildlife, not only nationally but internationally too. The National Trust Studland Bay is 3 miles from here, with its fabulous 4 mile stretch of fine golden sands backed by an vast area of sand dunes and heathland full of wildlife. There are a few of good restaurants, and lots of lovely independent cafes in town. Daytime, Java is particularly good for coffee, vegan and vegetarian food, and Love Cake has a wide lunch /teatime menu. Evenings, Bliss and Chilled Red are recommended. All the pubs also serve food. The Black Swan is of particularly good quality (evening service Monday to Saturday and Sunday's lunch only) and is only a 5 min walk from here (early booking advisable. Phone them to book anytime after 5.30 daily ). A few of the pubs have live music at the weekends, but not all, so you can avoid that if you wish. There is a good variety of small independant shops selling a range of goods to suit various budgets, ideal for a good mooch about town. There are two supermarkets in the town both open until late Mon to Sat, a mini market close by that opens everyday until 20.00 including Sundays. Also Arkwrights spar convenience store open daily, from early to 22.00 is about a 5 min walk and the Texaco garage spar shop, a 10 min walk, is open early until 23.00. The Purbeck area and Swanage itself, hosts a wide variety of music and arts festivals, throughout the year to cover most people's taste. Also many organised walks, and nature based events led by various experts are available throughout the year too. The Web site 'Visit Dorset.com' is a good source of information for the local area and beyond. Walking into the centre of town from here is 10 /15 mins on lit streets, that are switched off at midnight.

There are regular buses available to Poole and Bournemouth. Train station in Poole is about 2 miles. St Clements is good location for guests using the ferry service as it normally take about 10-15 minutes drive. The nearest residential estate is in Canford Heath, BH17

    The Garden Room is perfect for walkers as we are on the South West Coast Path and ideal for those wanting to get back to nature and unwind as we are off the beaten track. We are close to Corfe Castle and attractions in the Isle of Purbeck.
    The Garden Room is a self contained, cosy double room overlooking the beautiful garden. The room is located in the rear garden of our house. The room has it's own seating area. There is a brand new double bed, breakfast table, separate wash basin and very compact wet room which is a combined toilet and shower space. Unfortunately not suitable for less abled people. Enjoy a continental style breakfast in the mornings; there is a kettle with tea and coffee, a toaster and small fridge supplied with milk, butter and preserves. There is Dorset Cereal, Kelloggs cereal and wholemeal bread for toasting. Gluten free diet can be catered for, please just let us know. Tap water is fron a mains supply so perfect for drinking. There is parking but it is not adjacent to the property and via unmade roads, not suitable for less abled people There is Wifi which can be very patchy at times and can drop out so please don't rely on it if you need it, very sorry but that's all we can do for the moment. Sit in the garden on a summer evening after a long hike relaxing with a beer or glass of wine. On a clear night, as there is no light pollution, you can gaze up at a sky full of stars.
    Acton is a small tranquil hamlet of around fifty Purbeck stone cottages with unmade roads throughout. There is two pubs within walking distance. The King's Arms in Langton Matravers and the Square and Compass in Worth Matravers. The Square and Compass only serves pies and pasties but is a fantastic experience. The nearest shop is in Langton Matravers but please check that they are open. There are Coop and Budgen supermarkets in Swanage and lots of smaller shops. We are surrounded by fields, some with cows and sheep and we are located on the South West Coast Path incorporating breath-taking views. We are lucky to live in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, home to many rare plants and animals. The Purbeck coastline is part of the ninety-five mile stretch known as the 'Jurassic Coast', named England’s first natural world heritage site in 2002 because of the unique insight it offers into 185 million years of the Earth’s history.

The breakfast items were a lovely touch as not much around. Easy check in instructions with photos. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi at all on either phone which wasn’t a big issue as was out for dinner at the local pub anyway and just watched TV when we got back. I loved the information booklet and we actually did one of the walks recommended in there the next day which was off the beaten track & had stunning views so enjoyed that. Thanks both :)

It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated, with surprisingly great amenities considering the space. My boyfriend and I stayed just one night (we wish we could have stayed longer), and felt very comfortable. Ian was so kind and gave excellent local recommendations. This large flat has six bedrooms, a large first floor kitchen dinner and a ground floor lounge and conservatory. There is one bathroom and a further WC. The property is to be redeveloped in six months. It is in an acceptable but not mint condition. No linen, duvets and some pillows provided. Basic cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, gas hob , microwave, TV monitor.
    REVIEW: “Place was perfect for a weekend trip down to Bournemouth with friends. I went with a group for Bournemouth 7s festival and it was ideal for what we needed. A place to crash and have a few drinks before heading out. John is helpful and replies quickly and is usually flexible about check-in / check-out times which was ideal.” On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a small double/single, and on the second floor large double with up to 2 singles and a second room with 2 singles, all singles are matresses only. The second floor are accessed via paddle stairs so not suitable for very young children. There is a large secluded rear garden, parking on the forecourt and street parking is available. Part of the ground floor and patio area are occupied by a separate flat, and two cats There are about 8 Duvets and a few pillows mostly in reasonable but used condition. You need to bring sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels. The kitchen has basic cutlery, crockery, pans, dishes glassware, There is a charcoal Bar b que. The property is in a good residential area 2.8 miles from Bournemouth Pier.Great location and a very good garden.
    Charminster is a really cool part of Bournemouth with local shops and a real mix of pubs and restaurants. The property borders Queens park which is great for kids, dogs and golf.

Only thing I would say is that due to previous people staying there and causing trouble, the neighbours instantly do not like you. If a big group you need to be over 25, but because we were all 24 we had to pay £15 each deposit, but this was paid back to us. Would have been nice to receive the information about what we needed to bring a couple of days before rather than just the morning of, as people had further to travel but they were easy to contact via text and call if needed.

    Beautifully presented ground floor holiday apartment, all set up for you to enjoy the charms of this adorable seaside town. Set in the older part of Swanage, the apartment is a quiet and peaceful retreat despite being only 200m from the town centre. The varied independent shops, abundance of restaurants and charming cafes are all just a few moments away. Swanage is of course best known for its glorious seaside and the beach is less than a 5 minute stroll from the front door.
    The apartment has recently been fully refurbished and has all the amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Fully equipped with TV, DVD, DAB radio and free Wifi. The TV also allows streaming services so don't forget your Netflix and Amazon Prime logons. Straight off the spacious hall is a good sized lounge with large sofas perfect for relaxing. Off the lounge is the south facing decked balcony with plenty of seating, perfect for that afternoon glass of wine. Next to the lounge is the well equipped kitchen containing all the appliances for modern living including cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Further along the hall past the handy utility room containing a washer/dryer, is the main bathroom, twin room and single bedroom. The master bedroom is located at the front of the property and has an abundance of wardrobe space, a charming window seat and en-suite facilities.
    This is a great base to discover and explore the beautiful Purbeck countryside and the fascinating and varied Jurassic coastline.

    Coastal Cabin - self contained comfortable self contained cabin, 500 metres from the SW coastal path & half a mile from Swanage town centre & Durlston Country Park. Perfect for a couple, easy street parking.
  • Fiona's cabin was really lovely. Two of us spent a couple of nights here and it was warm and cosy as promised. It has a great kitchen so you can self cater but equally it is a 10 minute walk into lovely Swanage where you can find great pubs fish and chips and cafes etc. For those less able to walk just be aware the walk is very steep. It is a challenge but definitely doable for most. If not, there is plenty of free on street parking for those with cars. Communication was really quick with the host and we would 100% recommend anyone to stay here.

  • The Coastal Cabin is a very cosy but well equipped home from home that has everything you need for a short (or longer) stay. Clean, comfy, warm, good location, secure and pet friendly. 10 minute walk and you're in the town. Plenty of good pubs (with great food) also within walking distance. Great for a coastal stroll with the dogs, but take care near the cliffs... We didn't meet the hosts, but had no issues that negatively impacted our stay.

  • Fionas' cabin is a lovely warm, cosy, easily accessible place in Swanage. It is well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. It is possible to enjoy coastal walks form the cabin, or to walk in to the town down a very steep hill but it's a good way to keep fit walking back.

    Great location - University Talbot Campus - 8 min walk. good public transport routes - 3 mins walk. town centre & beach - 35 min walk or 15 min bus ride. Shops/restaurant/take-away/pub/coffee shop - 10 mins Our place has character & is good for solo & business travellers.
    The room is 2.3metres by 3.1 metres with everything you will need in it for a room only stay as offered and priced It's furniture is built into the room to provide a large desk area, with 5 drawer unit under and full height wardrobe with lots of hangers and storage shelves over . The built in desk means that this is built over the very end of the bed - see photograph. There are also 7 smaller drawers next to the bed and a bookcase. Storage space is available under the bed for luggage/shoes etc. The room has a single comfortable bed and chair in it. The desk overlooks a lovely garden view. There are extra blankets for colder months and a summer quilt spare in the wardrobe for warmer months . we can offer 2 medium towels though it maybe advisable to also bring your own This room is next to a bathroom. We have 3 full bathrooms in our house - and there are just four of us plus one guest, so bathroom access is good for all if all are functioning well & we have no other family or friends staying with us.

There is everything here - 7 miles of golden sands, beautiful countryside, shopping, entertainment and night-life for all tastes and ages. It also and makes a perfect base for exploring southern England and beyond. Our house is within the quiet and historic Talbot Park neighbourhood, close to the campus of Bournemouth University. There are a host of cafes, bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The town is a well known centre for the teaching of English, with the visiting overseas students of its many language schools giving the town a cosmopolitan air. The town of Bournemouth is a fairly affluent & gentle town with low crime and plenty of green, open spaces. Its beach is rightly famous – 7 miles of immaculately maintained sands with safe bathing, lots of amenities and a perfect English seaside picture postcard Victorian pier. Our beach hut is a 10 minute drive or bus ride away from our house and a five minute walk from the pier. It has everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach, including chairs, loungers, table and (of course) buckets & spades. There’s even a small stove to make a lovely cup of tea.     The Bondi is an attractive mid terrace Victorian guest house in Bournemouth Town centre. A small private room is available for guests wanting to stay for a weekend, a few weeks, or just the odd night. It is warm and comfortable, and benefits from a modern en suite shower room.     My house is located on a popular road that runs from the clifftop to the Triangle. It is a few minutes walk from the beaches, and also the vibrant town with all its amenities including college and university, clubs and bars, cinemas, numerous places to eat, and the Pavilion and BIC for shows. A few miles away there is Poole Quay. Hop on a bus to Swanage and explore Jurrasic coast.

    Our home is very relaxed and love welcoming people from all walks of life into it. The rooms are ideally situated within a 20 minute walk of the o2 academy in Boscombe or a very short bus/taxi ride, which makes them ideal for music lovers. We are located on the central bus route into Bournemouth, New Forest National Park is only 15/20 mins drive away or you can get a train to Brockenhurst train station and rent bicycles. We are located close to J P Morgan.
    The space is a large triple room with all the facilities you need desk, tv, DVD player, you're welcome to borrow from my DVD library. The room comfortably fits 3 people.
    There's a vintage emporium only 2 doors away and some fantastic individual shops. The beach is under a 20 minute walk, the restaurants here cater for every cuisine you can think of.

The property is a 5-minute walk to the University campus, a 2-minute walk from Winton shopping centre and on the doorstep you'll find bus routes to Poole, Bournemouth and Southbourne. A 5-minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth and beaches. Winton boasts an array of cafes, bars and restaurants.
    This is a self-contained annex on the top floor of our property. Access is via a lockable door on the landing of our flat. It has a fully equipped kitchen and luxury shower room.
    Brilliantly accessible to Bournemouth, Poole and the beaches. Within 5-minutes walk of the University campus. There is an array of shops, banks, cafes, bars and restaurants on Winton High Street which is just a minute’s walk away at the end of Talbot Road. Shops include Lidl, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s Local, WH Smith, Boots, Wilkos, as well as lots of great charity shops. For food & drink locally, during the day try: The Bay Tree - one of the top rated places to eat in Bournemouth on tripadvisor. Open 9am-3pm Monday-Saturday. Wistmans - a really nice place to grab a coffee. The coffee is great too. Open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturdays. Otto Print and Coffee House - another decent place for a coffee. They sell vegan brownies! Open 8am-7pm Monday-Saturday and 9am-12am on Sundays. At night try: Bellagio - for really good Italian. Bombay Palace - for tasty Indian. Bar Buffalo - really laid back, pool tables, good beer, live music on certain nights, great burgers. It’s open 11am-11pm Sunday-Thursday and 11am-2am on Friday and Saturday. There’s also a Wetherspoon’s (The Parkstone and Heathlerlands) if you’re looking for cheap and cheerful. It’s open 8am-11pm every day.

    Place a fairly big and bright. It's an old hotel that was made into flats. Three bedrooms and a big langue and kitchen that visitors are welcome to use. The lift is quite small and very slow but it works.
    Guest are welcome to share living room and a kitchen with us. We are very chilled and welcoming.
    15 min walk to the train station/bus station. 15min walk to the beach (via short cut) and 20min walk to town centre. I live next to the bus route road.
