You can enjoy the salt pool and garden as well as a barbecue area and private parking. The apartment has a pleasant open-plan living room-kitchen area, a bedroom (160 x 200 bed) and a bathroom with shower. In the living room, 140 x 180 bed for a separate bed or a 3rd person. (Baby bed if needed).

I live with my daughter and our cat in the lower part. We will share the garden (1600 m2), pool (summer), trampoline and swings if we are there. Your terrace is private.
