Antika is also intended for vacation in colder days because it has pool heating. As hosts, we want to do everything to make you feel special and to make your vacation a wonderful memory.

Villa Ema accommodates only one guests on entire property . The courtyard is dominated by a heated outdoor private pool with salt water(from 01.May-15.October).There is a covered terrace where you can enjoy the time next to the pool. The villa is settled in quiet neighborhood , 80 meters from the beach.

Royal is new, modern & luxury renovated apartment with jacuzzi, 50 meters away from beach. Has 50 square meters and 30 square meters terrace. Comes with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully eqipped kitchen with a dining area, bathroom with great shower, barbecue facilities, garage(1 car) , flat-screen TV in every room and free wi-fi. Offers a big terrace with open sea view on surrounding islands. Diving can be enjoyed nearbly. Trogir is 5 km away and Split airport 8 km from the acommodation.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

This is a perfect, new, modern, luxury furnished 4 star villa with a private swimming pool, for those who want to have privacy, enjoy the peace & quiet but are at the same time only a 10 minute walk away from the historic town center. The villa has an amazing view of the Adriatic sea and of the world famous old historic center of Trogir. The whole villa and property are secluded. To be clear; this is NOT a party house for loud people. If early check in is possible, it is an ADDITIONAL FEE.

Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can even see Split in the distance, with Mosor mountain behind it. The Room is perfect for 2 people. Other features of the room are: Kitchenette, AC, 1 small Bathroom and a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix, etc. You can see directly out to the sea while laying down on the bed (180cm x 200cm). The balcony has a nice size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.
