In summer you can relax on the partially covered terrace or in the garden in the sun lounger. More than half of the garden is close to nature, with orchids, other wild flowers and grasses. My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex, the pedestrian zone is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy, fully equipped, as we have lived in it until recently. Murnau is located on the Munich - Innsbruck railway line, Garmisch and the Königs-Schlösser can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms There is a tourist tax on site.

Our cosy semi-detached basement apartment is located on the outskirts of beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Froschhauser See and Riegsee lake can be reached on foot in a few minutes, and the big brother, the Staffelsee lake with its seven islands and numerous beach baths as well as refreshments can be reached at any time in a long walk or by bike in 5 minutes... depending on the fitness level :)
