We loved being in such a calm, quiet neighborhood. It was also close to several fun places to eat (breakfast, lunch and dinner)! We appreciated all the information about places to see, how to get around and the nice touches to make us feel very welcome!!! Hope to come back again next year!

Great little cottage. My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and couldn't have asked for better hosts. The cottage had everything we needed and bed was comfy as well. Location is great too, as it's within walking distance to a lot of things. Downtown is just a quick 15 minute drive away as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute, quiet cottage and fantastic location! The owners are friendly and the cottage is filled with beautiful paintings and sculptures! There are also some very friendly cats that come by now and again. Definitely not a hotel, cob webs here and there, but super convenient if you want to stay in Ballard! The futon was pretty good and we stayed for 4 nights. Clean sheets and towels, but the rest of the place could use a once over. Would give it 3.5 stars if that was an option on here. All in all, pretty good deal for the money and fantastic deal for the location!

Brad and Liz are generous host with a amazing cottage. Their backyard has a lushes garden with friendly cats. The art is beautiful. The neighborhood is amazing. Our experience was refreshing, exciting and wonderful.

This is one incredible place to stay. This cottage was my first experience of Airbnb a few years back- and the first place we stayed on our trip to Seattle- and it really does spoil you. We loved the place so much we moved to the city, and so I could think of no place better for my parents to stay on their first visit. Everything you'll need is thoughtfully catered for. The cottage is a paradise and so peaceful. Close to the mighty Top Pot doughnuts and myriad treats available in Capitol Hill. I cannot praise this place enough. In fact, I'd love to live there.

We loved our stay in Erik and Pamela's cottage! The space was clean, and very well designed, and located in a nice neighborhood. They thought of everything we might need during our stay, and had well prepared guides to their cottage and also restaurant recommendations. They were also quick to respond and detailed in their communication.

Regina was very kind and the apartment was very clean and welcoming. We loved the location, as it was easy for us to walk into Fremont (about a mile or so walk), which had many shops, restaurants, and a brewery to explore. The only downside was having to walk outside and unlock the door to get into the house to use the bathroom, but we weren't actually at the apartment much, as we were out exploring the city. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

This was a great little oasis in the middle of vibrant Seattle. Regina was a wonderful hostess and we would love to come back here.

This cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a delightful visit. Although we never do any cooking, the hot plate and pans are there at the ready. Wonderful coffee for the kerieg coffee maker too boot!

Malcolm is one of the best hosts on AirBnB. The weather was pretty rough when we were travelling and he was in constant communication and even had the space ready early so we could be in before the storm hit. That alone was an awesome experience but then we got to the loft. The loft is a relaxing space with everything a couple of travelers could need. Highly recommend this host and this space.

Malcolm's property is simply one of the nicest / cleanest accommodations I've ever rented. The fine attention to details, exquisite decor and lovely wine upon arrival really made it a special experience despite the windy rain outside. Highly recommended!

Malcolm was great, he allowed us to check in a little early and out a bit later than most probably would because we had a late flight out. He had a list of rules and things we could do and what not, making everything VERY straight forward, which was very nice. We met him briefly by accident, but otherwise there wasn't a lot of conversation which was also nice because we didn't feel like we were bothering him and we weren't being bothered. The loft was incredible, he built it on his own and he did an amazing job with it! It's beautiful and roomy. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Malcolm was a great host. I found his place at the last minute after a reservation with a different host fell through. Malcolm answered my request promptly and gave me all the info I needed to arrive and settle in. The lift itself is great. Plenty of room for just myself, and more than enough for a few people. Everything is well designed and in great working condition. I felt very comfortable during my stay. I will look forward to staying here again and I will recommend this to anyone I know who is visiting Seattle.

This is AWESOME. I loved the little cozy place, everything is as described. The place is clean, and feel just like home. You have everything you need, utensils, kettles, shampoo, shower gel and some welcoming chocolates. There is a window right about your bed, so at night, you can lie down and relax and have the opportunity to appreciate the beautiful starry night. I had a wonderful experience here, and I hope everyone will enjoy this place as much as I do.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Benjamin's Little House. Great communication, cute and clean little house, fun neighborhood to explore. We parked our car on Friday night and didn't move it until Sunday morning. Loved the Theo chocolate bar. The loft can be a little bit claustrophobic, but very comfortable bed. Enjoyed nearby bars and restaurants Brambling Cross, McCleod's, Hazelwood, Golden Beetle, and Arashi Ramen. Cool place.

This was such a great place to stay if you are wanting to explore the Ballard area. In perfect walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and the movie theatre! Place was clean, comfortable, and has everything you need!

What an adorable gem in Ballard. After a day sightseeing in Seattle; Pike Place Market, Chihuly Garden and Glass we were weary East Coast travelers greeted by a friendly host. We absolutely adored the little house and courtyard. We had such fun checking out Ballard's great restaurants, so many fun spots in walking distance to the Little House. We are returning at the end of our journey to enjoy it on our last night.

Zack was an awesome host! His home was welcoming and he had great advice on where to go and what to do!

Zack's place was really nice and comfortable. Super close to a lot of restaurants and nightlife. He was also very easy to get along with and made our stay enjoyable.

Zach is personable, trustworthy, fun and compassionate-- he keeps a clean apartment that is modern, easy to find and secluded on the third floor, safe and sound yet close to everything, if you get a chance to stay here go for it! My son says the shower was the best!!

Dario's place was just as he described; a private room with access to two bathrooms and a spacious common area. I didn't spend too much time there, really only came in to sleep, however its residential setting made it quite possible to sleep well. It's a great place in a location convenient to many of the tourist attractions (short walk to the Space Needle/Seattle Center area, and about 45 minutes walking towards Pioneer Square - or about a $10 uber). I would definitely recommend this property.

Great space for a night in town. Small but cozy room, with two community bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Very close to transit, grocery, and a handful of restaurants. Would absolutely stay again.

It was perfectly adequate, and the location is great for attending an event at Key Arena. However for the price I would prefer to stay in a hotel next time since this location was essentially being run as a hotel with less service.

Great place! Location was next to plenty of eating options and not a far walk to the tourist destinations.

Our car was broken into outside of this house (they busted a window to get in). NOT A SAFE LOCATION!! Also this is an incredibly impersonal place to stay, it is apparent that this host is only using the house in order to make money off of Air BnB and taking it away from someone who would actually benefit the neighborhood. There are laminated signs all over the house dictating what guest are and are not allowed to do like "no shoes in house" or "one towel per guest" and "do not leave personal items in bathroom". This room was also very small and all supplied necessities were from cheap big stock stores.

Chris was most pleasant and relaxed. He responded immediately after I booked and was at the house to greet us. The home is very old with lots of character! Loved the snacks, the coffee, even cream in the fridge. Yes, there was construction going on next door; that crew was friendly too. It was great to have a little home in Ballard from which to explore. The Land Yacht; how cool. Great to have a real plumbed toilet. Would love to see the shower after it is done!

Staying at the Ballard house was great! The home itself was one of the highlights of our trip. We weren't able to meet the hosts, but they made sure we were comfortable with every amenity we would need, including snacks, drinks, and toiletries. The home was clean and in a great location—we are looking to move to Seattle and because of this experience are now looking in Ballard. The only downside is there is a lot of sleeping space but only one bathroom, which is attached to a bedroom. If you're going with a group, be aware of that. Other than that, the hosts and home were both perfect.

John's place is a great spot right on Alki with access to all the beach spots. Clean and comfortable for a good price. Our hosts were super accomodating and couldn't have been nicer.

I truly enjoyed my stay here at Johns place. It was my first time visiting Seattle and having such a humble host made my overall trip more enjoyable. His son John Jr. Was very helpful with recommending place to eat. I would definitely stay with them again.

John showed me to the large bedroom/bath (EVEN carried my suitcase for me). I had the entire downstairs of this beautiful condo with an incredible view of the Seattle skyline. Furnishings were lovely, condo was clean, comfortable, relaxing and location is the BEST in Seattle right next to beach and a block walk from a water-taxi which crosses Elliott Bay into downtown Seattle. I woke up mornings to sounds of ocean waves, sea-gulls and a water fountain; also, there was freshly brewed coffee awaiting me. It was a top-notch accommodation with top-notch host and I would highly recommend it. I will definitely stay again!

The apartment is big an beautiful. Fantastic location which is just a water taxi ride away from the city. Walkable to the Alki beach and Admiral neighborhood up the hill. The room is big and has a great view of the city.

John Sr. And John Jr. made us feel at home, from the time we got there. There home is nice, clean, and spacious. For our first experience with Airbnb we couldn't ask for a better set of hosts. They went above and beyond at making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The neighborhood was amazing, with the beast view of the Downtown Seattle skyline! We are looking forward to our next stay in seattle with these amazing hosts.

John's place has a great location. It has an incredible view. Just minutes walk to the water taxi towards downtown. We really enjoyed walking/jogging along the beach and the beautiful view of the sunrise/sunset. The place was super clean. John was very friendly. Just a note about the room, there is a fountain outside the window which runs 24h/day so it always sounds like its raining outside. You can judge whether that would bother you or not. It wasn't an issue for us. But I can see how it might bother some people.

My party was lucky to get such a nice place for such a modest price-- everything was accommodating and up to par, from the parking the night before to the breakfast the next morning. We highly recommend John's place.

Great little studio in Seattle. We really liked the space and having a kitchen and small living space. Was comfortable, clean and convenient if you're looking to spend time on 2nd Ave area in Belltown, or even Pike place and 1st Ave if you're ok with a short walk.

This is the perfect spot if you just need a place to shower and sleep! Located right smack in the middle of all that is Seattle. Very clean, very cozy, very quiet. This place is walking distance to plenty of food spots and less than a $10 über ride from Space Needle, Pike's Market, and other notable places of interest.

We had a nice experience with Charlotte at the studio. The space is cozy, but works well for one or two people. The location was great because we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Some road noise, but wasn't bad a night when there wasn't as much traffic. Would recommend this space to friends visiting Seattle and would stay again should our travels take us back.

The space was wonderful, it is in an excellent location that is very close to many attractions. The studio itself was clean and organized, no problems whatsoever during check-in or check-out. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Downtown Seattle. Charlotte was timely in her responses and answered any questions that I had.

Kayla was super accommodating even with out flight landing pretty late. The location was PRIME - heart of downtown! We could basically walk to every place we wanted to visit in Seattle and if not, just a short uber ride away. The place is very small but it was perfect for 2 people spending a few nights. Very clean and sufficient! Kayla was super kind and always a text away :)

Kayla was a fantastic host! She was very patient and helpful! Her home is so adorable and in a great location! We took a lyft to several areas to and from her place for only a few dollars. The studio is cute and rustic. Perfect for us young couples looking for a night out on the town! This will definitely be our number one choice every time we come to the city!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is terrific. It's right downtown so easy to get to everything in the city. Yet it's a quiet neighborhood. The building is well maintained and the studio has everything you need to be comfortable and to cook. Our host was terrific with communication and making sur we had everything we needed. Perfect location and central to some many things downtown!

If you find this place available don't look any further, this is the place you want to stay if you want to be close to everything! Kayla is the nicest! She is super fast to respond any question or favor, her place is super clean and exactly like the pictures. The place is small but perfect! The bed is comfortable and I swear, you can't beat the location and the cleanliness. You are three blocks away from the pike place market, 4 blocks from link rail station, close to shops, the most wonderful bakery is next door. Great food surrounds the area. Even uber rides are super accesible, we rode a couple of times and it wasn't more than $9 every time. Super easy to get from the airport to the place without having to pay $40+ just take the $3 link light rail and the station is 4 blocks away. Did I mention Kayla is the best! Stop reading my review and reserve this place now! Thank me later ;)
