Das Haus liegt auf der Sonnenterasse Fanas auf 907 m.ü.M. Das Haus ist schlicht und einfach eingerichtet. Es bietet eine Nasszelle mit Dusche, separatem WC, eine grosse Stube, eine kleine Küche und zwei Schlafzimmer. Fanas ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Zudem bietet das Objekt die Möglichkeit vor dem Haus gratis zu parkieren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind im Dorf vorhanden. Von der grossen Terrasse aus haben Sie einen wunderschönen Blick übers Prättigau.

Studio at a beautiful location with flair and char

My accommodation is close to public transport (3min to the bus) and ski/hiking area. The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac at around 900 meters above sea level. You will love my accommodation for the tranquility and the environment. In the village center (5min walk) there is also the Walsermuseum and post office, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurants and a discounter. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends (smaller pets)

Beautiful, quiet apartment on a farm

Looking for a way to unwind from the stresses of everyday life? In the middle of the Grisons mountains in the beautiful Prättigau is our very quiet, top furnished apartment. It is located at 1450 m in the middle of a great hiking area, which in winter transforms into a snowshoe, toboggan, ski and touring ski area. A mountain restaurant is within walking distance. The PostBus that connects us to the nearby village stops right in front of the house.
