Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

This is nicely decorated and can accommodate 2 people, has a private entrance, terrace and lovely veranda with large communal garden. On the ground floor is the living room with TV, kitchenette, including fridge, Senseo, and a kettle. Luxurious bathroom with rain shower. On the 1st floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double box spring.

Our house is on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland with the capital Zierikzee. The island is connected to the mainland by dams and bridges. You can arrive by car at any time of the day or night. No ferry is required. In the immediate vicinity there are good shopping facilities for everyday needs. Bike rental is available in the neighboring village 1.5 km away. Several restaurants are within walking distance. There is no tourist tax. (El-charging station for cars within walking distance 2 min.)

Large families can have a wonderful vacation here. In the large garden, children can let off steam on a ground-level trampoline. All beds are made upon arrival and the towel sets are ready for you!

Rural hotel lodge on the newly developed small-scale charming campsite Hofstede Boterhoek in Scharendijke. The lodges are located in such a way that there is a clear view of the adjacent farmlands. Unobstructed views of, for example, the Lelie mill and the thick tower of Zierikzee. The lodges have a spacious shower, comfortable furnishings and a kitchen with dishwasher. The North Sea beach of the Brouwersdam and the Grevelingenmeer are nearby in a few minutes by car/bike.

Chalet at Lake and Sea

Would you like to get away? Enjoy cycling, walking, going to Concert at Sea (CAS) or going to the beach? Both the Grevelingenmeer and the North Sea beach are within walking distance and there are plenty of opportunities for diving and water sports enthusiasts (kite and windsurfing) and for sport fishermen. We are a family campsite and therefore do not accommodate young people under 23 years of age.
