Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Large 120 sqm apartment in the historic centre of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the art deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.

Sa corbe can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living area and the bathroom; the loft houses the sleeping area. The veranda has a comfortable outdoor shower and is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The garden and play area can be shared.
