NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Welcome to my "most wonderful place in the world" - Tirolglueck - in the Kitzbühel mountains. "Tirolglueck" means "Tirol Happiness". This fantastic appartement is perfect for four persons, six persons as well possible. You are in the middle of the skiing area of Kitzbühel, St. Johann and Fieberbrunn. The skiing area of St. Johann is only 1km away (e.g. with the skibus) Big and sunny garden + terrasse. very quiet but less than 300m away from the town center of St. Johann.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower bath, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location in the green, a car is recommended. Living and sleeping room are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment is completely newly built in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sleeping couch in the living area.

The cozy apartment is located in a great location. Restaurant & shopping are available. In summer, many hiking trails can be reached directly from the property. Lakes, swimming pools, playgrounds, gondolas & downhill possibilities can be reached either by bike or with a short drive. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right around the house and is accessible by walking. Ski touring or downhill skiing is also reachable within 5 minutes by car.
